You think it might be over? Good lord how long does it take to see his career here is over? He was rubbish for Poch too in the last, I'm gonna say two seasons but people will argue about that
Well I agree he should've left 2 or 3 years ago and he's been given far too many chances by managers who have had no idea how to use him. He was awful in the final 2 Poch seasons and persevering with Dele was one the reasons for our decline.

But alas he's still here and now we have a manager famed for rejuvenating players so I think there's actually a chance he might be used in a way that plays to his strengths for the first time since about 2017. I've been a huge critic of Dele on here and felt he's been one of our weakest links for bloody ages - it's only because we have Conte here that I'm saying it's a possibility.

It’s unfortunate the important defensive coach didn’t come with him.
Does that mean we’ll appoint a new one?
Or maybe already have one in house

Like an old guy losing his memory being given a tour round where he used to work as a treat.

After what a day of meeting him? Obviously Levy wanting someone to learn from him which is sensible
Conte knows the English game and has enough contacts to know about Mason. He is not the sort of person to have anyone foisted on him.

Fergie changed some of his staff every season or so and still found success.

Change can be a good thing.
I think Poch should’ve. The players must get bored hearing the same voices and doing the same drills in training

With regards Mason, Conte was Chelsea manager when Mason suffered his head injury. Not a reason to make him 1st team coach, but it’s not as if there’s not a link.

So has conte got everyone from his backroom staff including his wife a role?

Who is missing ?

Edit - the defensive coach

I was wondering the same thing, not seen Tiberio Ancora (nutritionist) or Paolo Vanoli (technical coach) mentioned, not that I know who they are just going by the infographic someone posted earlier in the thread!

I know it’s Vittesse but some of this football has been sexy as fuck.

Me, @Aphex and others have said a lot of our players are way way better than what they’ve been showing under Jose and Nuno, the manager makes a huge huge difference.

We have our spurs back ladies and gents and I absolutely love it! ???⚽️
