I’ll add, there simply has to be new signings in the new two windows and good ones. Otherwise 4th is our absolute ceiling which isn’t bad but just tempering expectations.

I suppose the good thing is 4th is up for grabs but Ronaldo’s form for United is a bit scary.
Thing is Ronaldo's presence has made that team worse. Even if he scoring some nice goals he's screwed up their balance and they've regressed since last season.

I think as long as Ole remains at United, we'll have a reasonable shot at 4th under Conte. The worst thing would be if they actually brought in a competent manager, then I'd be worried.

His assistant manager, Cristian Stellini and his brother Gianluca Conte will be brought on as a Technical/Analysis coach. Expecting also, Paolo Vanoli ( Technical/Defensive coach) , Tiberio Ancora ( Nutrionist/dietician), Constantino Corrati ( Fitness ) and Stefano Bruno ( Rehab Coach ). No word on GK coach.

EDIT: This has not been confirmed - all conjecture and guess work from his previous setups at his other clubs.

Thats not confirmed though right? it was only an educated guess from a rag yday, nothing concrete or confirmed as some are still in employment too.

I've gone from never wanting to never step foot in our stadium again. To being gutted about not being able to get a ticket in essentially the space of 48 hours ?.

No official announcement yet, that is all my research from articles, podcasts and looking at his previous staff that are unattached.

Not conscious of Sacramento. Mourinho, though, I felt plays the game of the ‘fired up manager’. Only my personal onions, but I think Maureen is having a crisis, in so much that he’s trying to tap into a fire that he once felt for the game, but who’s flame is only just about flickering. Each appointment he takes - I feel - he’s looking for that initial high; not that different to a coke user: the chase for the first line hit. Sad as it maybe, Maureen is spent as a manager/coach
I think this is exactly what it is.

He's desperately trying to prove he's not past it and he can keep with this new breed of coaches and those who are better at motivating younger players.

I made the mistake of thinking his time away before he joined us gave him the chance to get that desire back but in a refreshed way and update some of his methods.

But we quickly found that he is struggling to adapt and it's that desire to be the best still that is keeping him from admitting he's finished.

I do wonder how long he'll keep going for as a coach because at some point he'll have burnt through so many big teams and leagues that they will just stay away from him.

Majority of those listed ( in fact all ) should be unattached and have all worked with Conte at previous setups. I'll update my post to reflect that.
