First song Thursday has to be

"hes coming for you, hes coming for you
Antonio Conte, hes coming for you."

Designed to put the fear of God into opposition as well as players!
No doubt followed by

“we had a shot!... We had a shot!...
We had a shot, we had a shot,
We had a shot!!!!”

Conte did not want to join Spurs in June at a time when Kane’s future was uncertain and there were a number of question marks hanging over the squad in terms of arrivals and outgoings.
Conte is understood to have watched the Amazon All or Nothing documentary since first turning down the Spurs job, which has given him an insight into how the club operates and the characters of some of the players.
Although money will be made available in January, Conte is not expected to be given fortunes to spend and Tottenham may need to raise cash through sales to chase some of his targets.

I would be incredibly surprised if Conte would have agreed to come if it was case of sales funding buys or even if there was only a small budget. I also wouldn't be surprised if the club are briefing the press he is given a small budget so clubs don't up charge us.

I have never been more pleased to be proven wrong about the unlikelihood of us appointing someone.

Let’s hope he’s backed

Obviously Kane and Son will perform better now.

But I actually think you'll see a major rise in performances from Lucas, Bergwijn and Ndombele. He'll work with these players and find them their best roles.

A lot of players will also be cast aside pretty quickly.

As exciting as this is, like any appointment it’s a gamble. We aren’t guaranteed success, and he still has a big job on his hands getting these players to actually give a damn again.

He does look like the right character to get that out of them, and I’m excited to see what he does and how he sets us up.

Something tells me the painful rebuild isn’t going to be that painful any more.

Aside from Son, there’s no player I’d truly miss at this point.

Those who don't or won't need to get the fuck out of our club.

I regret being excited immediately . Genuinely though, in terms of where we are as a club relative to where he is as a manager, I can't remember a bigger appointment. Conte is at the peak of his powers. If we don't succeed then it's going to be on the club I imagine.
I think for the first time in a long time this is an appointment we can all get behind. Or at least we should. Over to you Conte.

If conte cant do anything here then i give up with these players.
