What blocks share the same gate as Block 28? Which then also means share the same amenities.

Are Blocks 30 & 31 in the same gate as 28?

don't all east Lower blocks have individual gates to enter but share the same concourse inside

Pretty sure the concourse is shared, not that i have bothered to walk all the way down!
