Dier has to play midfield to improve creativity

I think we are too negative playing Wanyama first choice. Yes, he is a good player. Excellent defensively. But he offers nothing going forward.

Dier has a little more creativity, scores the odd header or long ranger and is better at passing the ball and creating chances.

When we are playing at home or smaller teams away, we have the ball most the time anyway, so Wanyama isn't really needed. Have to prioritise creativity and some goals.
