@mrpink will be happy :)

two of England's strikers leading the line...what's not to love.

quality player and proven EPL goalscorer

I'd say he's costly $$

No chance. He's already an England international and the main man at his boyhood club. Don't see why he would want to come and be back up here.

Fucking hell, Levy must really want me to renew the membership I cancelled
No way he is leaving saints for under 50m so no way we are spending big on him. Shame cos he’s a bloody good striker when injury free lots of qualities

Always thought he was a cracking player, can’t see this happening at all. He’s the main man for them

Saintsweb are taking it well

I doubt he would even contemplate leaving us to join a second rate outfit like Spurs after his top level exposure and experiences. He seems very hungry for week-in week-out football not just the odd cameo at the whim of a half-crazed crackpot manager.

Yeah one of those which is out of reach I would have thought and understandably from the selling clubs side.

i would imagine we must have got a steer that he would be happy to move or we wouldnt have enquired, only 2 years left might force a sale, suppose all depends on how much saints need the money but you would have thought it would be 30m plus at least, has someone kidnapped Daniel

Also he is important for them, if they sold and didn't adequately replace him they would end up in a serious relegation battle.

Exactly. Maybe even more as he would basically be the difference between staying up and being relegated. And no way are we paying that for a 28 year old with a history of injury issues.

I really like Ings, IMO we shouldve nabbed him years ago, probably before he went to Liverpool.

Like everyone else, I just can't see this happening unless he decides he wants to come. He seems happy at Saints.

Just because he managed Bale and Sergio I wouldn’t assume Levy is past thinking he has a chance to obtain wholly unrealistic targets at wholly unrealistic prices.

Way out of our price range unless there's some kind of release clause in his contract.

Excellent striker though, and can play with Kane in a 2.
