I would like to see Lo Celso start to give Maddison a bit of a break. Lo Celso needs game time and we have a pretty tough run coming up, it would be nice to see him get some match sharpness. With Bissouma back I would also start Hojbjerg and give Sarr a rest. Where we have the depth we should use it.

Mate, we've no Europe or CC, would be mad to rest key men at this stage of the season.

No way Ange would do this.

Why would we rest a key player in a massive game when it's ten days til our next match?

Sorry bud but not in this game. He's vital to how we play on the front foot and we have ages until the Chelsea game

Like I said, we have some tough games coming up. Bissouma is a yellow away from another suspension. Lo Celso has hardly played, I'd rather he get some minutes against Palace than throwing him in against the Chavs. Sarr and Porro both came off last night (but appear to be available) and Son is still nursing his groin.

We can start our strongest XI as we don't play for well over a week. Start strong build up a lead and then rest players if needs must.

There's a ten day break.

Ange might ponder over not risking Bissouma, or he might think about Johnson for Richarlison but there's not a shot in hell he's not starting Maddison.

So next weeks rhetoric if we beat Palace is that they had too many injuries. Just setting up Darren Bents next talksport coping mechanism.

Bentancur should be fit and ready for the Chelsea game so i'd play Bissouma against Palace. Selhurst is never an easy place to go and we need to focus on the next game in front of us rather than too far into the future. If he does pick up another yellow then at least we still have a replacement to come in.

Bentancur may be in the squad but I hope you don't think he will be ready for anymore than late cameo. He is coming off of months not playing after a major knee injury. At best I think he is ready to start in December.

It's not really about resting, it more about getting bench players game time.

I really think the only questions surround recovery from Monday. Both Udogie and Sarr came off early feeling tired, but expect Ange did thst with Friday in mind. Kulu looked gassed si he may be on shortened minutes. Expect Ange to start strong and use subs to deal with fatigue or to get Bissouma off early if leading

I'd rather guarantee Bissouma to be available for Chelsea. PEH did a good job v Fulham.

One game at a time. Start with our strongest eleven, then rest players according to the result. Chelsea's game will take care of itself. I would rather us take the risk playing Bissouma if it shorten the odds of us getting 3 points against Palace.

Say we are top o' the league! Say we are top o' the league! Two points clear after defeating Fulham on Monday and now with a chance to extend that lead with a positive result away at Crystal Palace. Great to hear Ange reinforcing our values after a sloppy second half on Monday and hopefully we can reap the benefits with a focused and professional away performance to go with the other five we have put in so far. Palace are never easy to play against but they are low scoring and bar their 0-4 gubbing at Newcastle last time out they have been fairly resolute at the back. The fact that Vicario has only just matched Sam Johnstone's four clean sheets is evidence of that. We will need to be at our best in a raucous Selhurst Park but Palace are hurt by missing Eze, although if Olise was back that would be a boost for them. I see this one being tough but we have a great defence ourselves and with Son and Maddison looking to run riot and Bissouma coming back into the squad we look very strong in the middle of the park which is where I think the game will be decided. We have better players, more confidence and a chance to lay down a marker that we are not ready to relinquish top spot and are in this for the long haul. With all of those factors I foresee only one outcome- we win and go five points clear at the top of the Premier League. Crystal Palace 1 Tottenham Hotspur 3. COYS!
