If you’re not having the jab, are you worried at all that you’re missing out on increased 5G speeds?

As someone in their early 30s who caught COVID 2 months ago and still can't really exercise properly, I reckon you may want to rethink this if playing tennis is so important to you
Agreed, when I caught covid I went from running my first sub 50minute 10km race to having to sit down on a bench after 400m within 4 days. Took me over a month to get running properly again.

Anti vaxers boil my blood but ultimately its their choice. They have their freedom to not get vaccinated, just as private institutions and companies have the right to not let you use their services to avoid putting the bulk of their customers at risk. The thing that really frustrates me is those saying its not real, or its a conspiracy etc. Watch the videos of countries not in the first world with world class health care systems. Watch the videos of bodies piled up in India, too many carcasses to burn, families having oxygen personally bought with life savings stolen off them by police to be given to VIPs who's lives are considered more valuable. Take a fucking look at yourself in the mirror and grow up.

Final point is I know plenty of Doctors including a few who work on Covid wards. The amount of people in intensive care, suffering major long term injury or ultimately dying who are covid deniers, and even on their death bed refuse to admit it is real is crazy. They call us sheep ffs but would rather trust some right wing not job (who get paid by your clicks and reshares) than scientific and vaccination experts who literally spent their whole lives studying for a moment like this... madness!

Fair enough.
As I've said, I have my life choices that don't allign with normal practice. But the things I've read have only reinforced my position

Will it be detrimental to my lifestyle and liberties? More than likely (even though I'm taking covid tests 3 times a week).

But tough. Gotta deal with that shit. Won't change my position.

As I've said anti-governmental conspiracies or agendas are not my reasons for refusing.

My reasons are moral and in line with my life choices. All I'm gonna say.

What possible moral objection could you have to not receiving free medicine that could potentially save both your life and the lives of your loved ones?

That doesn't alter the fact that you're treating some one as lesser because he/she choose for whatever reason not to take a Pharmaceutical drug

Surely you can see the inherent danger this path leads down
I am a small employer 12 people permanent and three currently on a temp basis. 2 of those are part time and are past retirement age and are experts at what they do. Another has very bad asthma and other illnesses I won't go into. I have to do everything possible to keep them as safe as possible, and all the science says you are far less likely to catch and infect if you are jabbed.

Do I care about individuals freedoms etc? Yes but nowhere near as much as I care about the well being of the majority.

You're speaking as if its a case of just popping a pill for a headache. This is a case of protecting other people from a deadly virus it really is as simple as that. And why are you so sure of this leading to a path of inescapable doom somewhere down the line?

Covid, and the medical stance to stop cancer treatment has already resulted in the loss of a loved one.

Not gonna go deeper into my moral reasons. But they're important enough to me to guide my life. Irrespective of whether I end up dying of covid or not.

My loved ones have chosen to have their jabs, so, if the government is to be believed, they have all the protection they need.

I'm regularly testing and will wear a mask in public likely for the rest of my life. If the result is that my beliefs for not being vaccinated are upheld, then I'm fine with that.

Cos my superior moral choices clearly outweigh the lives of anyone and everyone around me.

Fuck me, seriously.
I will not go against my moral beliefs. Which were in place a looooooong fucking time before covid.

Look I've been jabbed, it was my own choice which I was comfortable with. If another person chooses not to then it's their own personal business and they should in no way be treated as the underclass.
Should I never hire a gay person because stats tell me theyre more likely to catch HIV than a straight person.
What about someone who doesn't have seasonal flu jab, any old sickly person who catches that is in for a world of hurt , should probably shun those types too.

The last I'm gonna say on it, if you're all comfortable in your new sith empire then fair enough

Are you seriously equating being LGBT+ to the boneheaded idiots that are antivaxxers?

Fuck me...

Well that tells me all I need to know about how much research you have actually put into this. Seriously you have no room to tell anyone to do their research if you think this is what the government are saying.

My wife was in hospital over Christmas 2019 with a ‘mystery’ flu like illness and pneumonia. She’s one of the fittest people I know and was seriously ill. I’m also pretty sure she could have caught it whilst we were travelling to / watching spurs. I’m glad the club are looking at keeping us safe next time we go.

And there it is, this paranoid delusion that the world is being run by this super power and we're all guinea pigs on strings being played like puppets. You see this in Hollywood conspiracy movies, the ramblings of some institutionalised straight-jacketed nut job.

Bunch of people on here who can't spell or construct a sentence properly all of a sudden think they're capable of defeating Jonas Salk in a battle of wits. Stay in your lanes and do what the medical professionals recommend. Get your shots.

It's genuinely embarrassing that you can't come up with a metaphor for a dystopian society that isn't based on a science fiction movie made for children. Do you also get medical advice from the likes of Bob the Builder and Peppa Pig?

Just to make it clear. Even if my life DEPENDED on it, I still would not have the jab.

And irrespective as to what the government has or has not said.

My family decided to accept the jab. Their fucking choice.

He also thinks that you can catch HIV in the same way you can catch COVID-19. I think it's safe to file anything he says straight in the bin
