I just came across this fan page link below - also copied in what their objectives are for anyone who interested.

ABOUT CFT

  • A voice to those who walk through the turnstiles every week.
  • A voice for those whose love for the club has been passed down through generations.
  • A voice for those who get up early in the morning to watch their club from a distant corner of the globe.
  • A voice for those who travel up and down the country to watch their beloved team.

A voice for ALL Tottenham fans
The most important thing? We can’t make any meaningful change without you, the Tottenham Hotspur fans.

WHAT IS CHANGE FOR TOTTENHAM?

Change for Tottenham is not an ENIC IN or ENIC OUT support group, but a platform for all Spurs fans to express their views and ideas around change for our club.
We seek to find common ground in our fanbase worldwide to help create change, in the form of the club placing a greater emphasis and planning for success on the football pitch.

INITIAL KEY OBJECTIVES

TO CONTINUOUSLY CANVAS OPINIONS ON A WIDE RANGE OF FOOTBALLING MATTERS AND PUT THESE QUESTIONS TO THE BOARD

TO FOCUS ON RECLAIMING OUR FOOTBALLING HERITAGE AND ENCOURAGING, WHERE POSSIBLE, A CLEAR VISION FROM THE CLUB FOR ITS PLANS FOR ON-PITCH SUCCESS THAT RIVALS THE BOARD’S AMBITIONS OFF IT

TO SUPPORT OTHER FAN-LED GROUPS THAT ARE ALSO DRIVING FOR CHANGE

CFT is an open arena that allows all fans with a common vision for change, to come together and express their ideas in a non-aggressive and respectful manner, with a view to push to put these thoughts to our club’s boards and encourage regular dialogue.

We aim to be persistent in our pursuit of obtaining feedback from the club on the Spurs community’s concerns.
The group would like to unite all Spurs fans who share this common goal in the hope of regaining our club’s identity that is ingrained in many of our fan’s DNA.
We understand that the current board of Tottenham Hotspur have created a commercial juggernaut, but this was only made possible by the dedicated and loyal fanbase who have Tottenham Hotspur in their blood; which in many cases has been passed down through generations.
The fans deserve a voice and the fans are entitled to answers. Our club motto is “To Dare is to Do”. The time for us “To Do” is now.

Nothing can be achieved without the fans backing, support and one that is united for a common goal.

CHANGE FOR TOTTENHAM MANIFESTO

Change for Tottenham was set up with the key objective of trying to influence change at Tottenham Hotspur at board level with a focus on creating footballing success.

There is no doubt the team has regressed since the Pochettino era. This has been further compounded by poor managerial appointments, poor transfers and poor squad management. We feel there is a disparity between the commercial and football success of the club and we challenge the board to change its philosophy to ensure the fans can be proud of their football club on the pitch.

Key Objectives:

The Board

We are neither an ENIC in or ENIC out group but instead, one that encourages a change of vision, strategy and direction for the club that has the club’s footballing success at the forefront of its objectives.

We believe that this could be achieved in several ways, including:

  • Daniel Levy to step aside from all footballing matters and focus on the commercial growth
  • An appointment of new board members to be focused on footballing success
  • Investment into the club from groups with the sole intention of developing footballing success
  • A full sale of the football club
NB: Since this manifesto was initially devised, Scott Munn was appointed Chief Football Director. CFT welcome this appointment in the hope that it is a much-needed change in the football operation structure. We look forward to seeing how his appointment will improve the football operations at the club.

Tottenham Hotspur Identity

We urge the board to create a solid platform for the football club to return to its historic core identity. This would include:
  • Having a consistent infrastructure that promotes attacking football which even the board agree is a core identity of the club.
  • The same identity to flow down to the youth football set up
  • The identity to be maintained regardless of who the manager is
  • To assist in creating an unrivalled stadium atmosphere - especially in the south stand. This includes working with fan groups for seat allocation, providing flags and banners and to bring back the WHL drummer!
  • To enhance Tottenham Hotspur branding around the stadium with the inclusion of statues and The Bill Nicholson gates.
Property Business

We seek to have the property arm (including all its subsidiaries) to be demerged from the main football clubs’ group of companies except for those that have a direct positive impact to the club - which includes the hotel, stadium and training ground.

We want any property investments or proposed developments made by club revenue to cease and for these to be self-funded by the owners that are non-football club related. Also, we seek greater transparency on disposals of property that have been acquired by the club through its overseas companies along with greater transparency on any revenue being directed away from core footballing activities.

If the fans have contributed to generating revenue for these acquisitions, we feel the fans have the right to be informed of what their money is paying for.

United Fan Base

Trying to successfully influence any change at senior board level at Tottenham will be impossible without the majority of fans being joined together for a common objective.

We understand that our core principles may not align with every Tottenham Hotspur fan and we appreciate that fans will have their own valid opinion. We call for all fans to be respectful of these opinions. There is no doubt that there is a significant portion of the fan base worldwide that fully support ENIC and do not think any change is necessary. Our objectives are not to try and convince this segment of fans to change their mind but instead work together for the good of the club. We will always be prepared to answer any questions anyone may have.

Our objective would be to unite the staunch “ENIC out” groups and individuals and the fans that appreciate the good ENIC have done and also recognise the changes required for Tottenham to elevate themselves into the next phase of footballing development.

There are many groups and individuals that spend far too much energy disagreeing with each other and being disrespectful as opposed to being supportive of each other on the “common ground” subjects that may influence the change we all want.

CFT seek to offer a platform to unite our fan base and those that share the same core principles of change without the requirement of having to interact on a personal level. We recognise that division is creating a major hurdle for any potential change and we want to bring together a united fan base.

Action Points

  • Continue to canvass opinion from fans on all current issues regarding Tottenham
  • To write to the board where necessary
  • To work with other fan groups/individuals and Social Media outlets to bring change.
  • To offer support to any fan groups seeking to protest and will encourage fans to not be disrespectful to those that are seeking change in their own methods. We would also request that protest groups do not engage in dialogue on social media with those who seek to be disrespectful to you.

Pardon my ignorance, but is this a renamed THST?

I've never engaged with either, so no idea if they have similar aims or what, but it sounds a lot like what I understood the THST to be, and I see no mention of them in any of the info above.

No it's not. It's purely about trying to instigate some change within the club, nothing to do with standing up for supporters.

I am not sure to be honest but I don't believe so.

It's basically a Levy out campaign couched in a way that if you don't agree with it you are against "uniting the fans" and driving positive change in the club.

Fair enough, all fans are entitled to their views, but I think the blog posts are not a great look and come off as pretty ill informed.

I'm torn because I genuinely believe in the rights of fans to express discontent and I think there are a lot of genuine discussion points on mistakes we have made in recent years but ultimately I find things like this just end up driving divisivness, more toxicity and ultimately don't achieve anything.

I hate to be cynical, but I just don't think their objective is very clear.

I just don't see how they realistically expect to encourage change, vision, strategy and club direction. I'm not convinced these are things that people outside the board can have much affect over.

Their objective is clear - they want "...footballing success at the forefront of (the clubs) objectives".

As to whether they will have much affect / success, it is reasonable for you to have doubts.

But it's such a basic objective, that it is as good as meaningless.

How they plan to achieve or influence that is the real key and as per my previous post, I don't see how they can hope to play a part in this.

I think they just want ENIC to be the finance department, working under a footballing board of directors. If they take their footballing vision to the finance department and get rejected then that’s one thing. Currently the finance department are seeing both the finance and the football vision. And that vision is comparable to Mr Magoo.

Look it up kids…

They want to play a part in who runs the club and is employed in different areas without being part of the board?

Like I say, I just don't think it's a realistic goal.
