You're spurs.

I will be. I love both but I've always been Spurs first, Juve second, even if it's just by a narrow margin. Other way round for my old man. He's been a Spurs fan for nearly 40 years when he came over but always supported Juve since childhood, before he even knew who Spurs were.

We'll take sides and try to enjoy it for what it is, but I have to say I'm sad that one will knock out the other. Reduces my chance of seeing CL success in half as well!

Spurs need it more though and it'll make for a great game as both aren't where they want to be in the league, and are very evenly matched teams, IMO.

Whilst I agree with that sentiment it doesn't allow for much rotation and could bring about burn out and/or injuries to key players. We need our best available team on the park for all of those matches.

Yeah but we’ll have all our January signings by then.............. oh wait

I think the away game is half term meaning higher prices and may not be able to get time off :(

I certainly hope they can't, but I thought the TV companies had the right to choose which games they televise and when. Stand to be corrected though.
CL teams playing a Tuesday must play at latest on a Saturday, just as a team playing on Thursday in Europa play on a Sunday.

We will play Arsenal on Saturday.

Would love to go to Turin, but as a new season ticket holder it will probably be impossible to get tickets... any ideas?:(

Thanks @nicdic I didn't know that, and it certainly makes sense now thinking about it. (y)

Probably the worst side we could have drawn, they will defend deep and in numbers and make it really difficult for us to get space and they will hit us on the counter, unlike Madrid who played open against us and we exploited it.

Really tough game, toughest we have faced yet imo.

Bayern M would have been worse.
But I see what you mean. Juve is a very deceptive looking team with shrewd tactics. They can easily lure any team - even an experienced team lik Barca - into believing the "other" team is in full control and then strike them down with their deadly counter-attacks. Once Juve got a lead their defense is one of the tightest there is.

So we have United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Juve in the space of about 2 weeks. Couldn't ask for much worse tbh

Don't forget that both ManU and Liverpool are also in the CL....and, oh yes, Gooners still play in Europe too...late Thursday night.

Worst possible matchup for me as I support both teams (never miss a single game of either) and we get paired together right off the bat! But I do favour Spurs a little more and a win for us will be the sweeter taste of glory.

Just as well we finished top of our group because Real Madrid drew PSG. That would have been a horrible draw for us. Lose and we're out of the CL, win and they steal our manager next season .
