I’d be seriously tempted to stick Eriksen, Jan and Toby in the reserves and give a season of development to Skipp, Sanchez and Foyth. This contract situation is making us rotten, i’m telling you.

A&C should get his ban stick out for anyone saying being in Mourinho. Please for the love of the gods not that prick. You think its bad now, just give him a year to ruin a team.
His teams are usually pretty good the first two years, it's the third one that is the problem.

Poch has to stay but many players need to go. We badly needed Lloris as a captain there at least last week he led by example as we got back into the game.

So sacked, resignation or does he fight on?
I don't think he will be fired, but it might be mutual. Or he will be given more time. Depends how he feels I think. I have no idea who we would get. I know we talk about Jose and Allegri but they might have their sights on bigger fish. Working with Levy on a mega tight budget real won't be appealing to big name managers.

Realistically:

Poch stayed when he could have gone and got rewarded with a massive contract
Levy wanted to protect a major asset from being poached and gave him a massive contract

Poch isn't going to walk as he will expect the chairman to show loyalty
Levy won't sack him as he can't afford to waste all that cash

He will stay, either things will get much worse and force the issue or we will tail out and finish a disappointing season outside the top six!

This. Think those that think it's going to pick up as soon as a new man comes in are going to be disappointed. Some of these players need turfing out and quick.

The problem is that Poch keeps playing them. He has to put his foot down and drop the underperforming players. No time for sentiment or favouritism.

Your having a laugh he’s fucking clueless at the moment. 24 pts out of 23 games, no win away since January the champions league just papered over the cracks. A Poch saying if we win champions league it could be last game. Poch needs to fuck off I don’t trust him, he’s so stubborn hasn’t won anything and certainly hasn’t got winning mentality. Playing Eriksen , Toby and Verts is a fucking disgrace you play players who want to play for our club even academy players because they don’t want to play for us. But the one person who should take the can for causing all this and letting contracts run down is the little Bald twat he’s a fucking joker. And don’t give me all that bollocks look at our stadium fuck the stadium I want us to win things, at present that is never going to happen. Our club is a fucking laughing stock at the moment but. Love the badge and always will, not fucking levy and Poch the mighty cockerel COME ON YOU FUCKING SPURS
I was having a laugh...

And that demonstrates why we are struggling. When Sissoko is deemed to be a star player for your side, it means your side isn’t good enough. That’s not a slight against Sissoko. It’s that Sissoko is a massive step down in quality from Modric and Dembele. It’s no coincidence that since him and Winks became our regular midfield duo our results have turned. They lack the quality of who they replaced.
I disagree what you stated about Sissoko but tend to agree about Winks, at best, a fringe player. We defintely miss the likes of Dembele, but we need to sort out our midfield, our weakest link to the team.

Things went tits up ever since Dembele left.

I don't think its a coincidence.

He protected the defence and clearly was a leader in the dressing room. Everyone admired him.

I actually think the beginning of the fall was when we sold Walker and never replaced him but I agree that Dembele was the fundamental glue that linked the team and enabled our style of play.

They are not actually as good as Bentaleb and Mason in Poch's first season.
