Surely there's a clause on Poch contract that after some series of specific poor performances, his compensation package will be reduced or affected. If not any manager will just set up shit and waited to get sacked.
It would be impossible to prove - he'd say it was the players.
MP has £32m coming his way if/when he is sacked.
If he somehow quickly gets a big job, then maybe that amount is significantly reduced.
He'd be taking at least a year off, I reckon.

With all I've said, in the end this just feels heartbreaking. So sad to see a squad of some really fantastic footballers being outclassed by a team with players that, save for a couple, likely wouldn't make our bench. Unbelievable lack of personal pride.
The idea that this chapter comes to an end with a possible defeat away to Brighton ...

Very disheartening.

Maybe that's why Poch so miserable pre season and at the start, he knew that the squad had turned into a bunch of ****

The problem with the contract issue players is that Poch keeps playing them. With his comments about Sissoko and playing Rose over Davies then constantly relying on Eriksen for no reason, I don’t understand how he’s helping

Arh, Winks. See how overrated he is. If he's trying to wriggle his way out in the midfield during our defensive possession, expect us to concede more as he was robbed off the ball. Typically it shouldn't happen against such teams, but today Brighton is a class above us.

After that first half im now sure Poch is trying to commit managerial suicide. I found it very strange when the said in the press conference that if we had won the CL he could have left, if you're manager isn't 100% behind the club then why should the players be. Our belief has gone, we cant one touch, we get the ball & have to look up and think what now so we get closed down quicker, it really is a shambles and only Levy can change it, if he doesn't it will only get worse. The other problem is were going to need at least five 70m+ players in all at once and we all know Levy will baulk at that idea. If were not careful we are going to have a massive problem.
