We're going to have to start them all together eventually, and all but VDV have been training together for a month and played a few friendlies. No risk, no reward. I know what you're saying, but people would lose their minds (and did so at the rumoured line-up from yesterday) if Davies, Sanchez or Dier started.

Throw them in the deep end. Let them make mistakes and build together.
