I don't think Winks has been so awful. He's playing in there by himself at times and the passes he is playing with the wall next to him are constantly going behind him.

I was happy to get Jose in as our Manager but if we are going to play like this every game and not even give Ndombele a sniff then I wont be watching anymore. Its so mind numbingly boring to watch.

I can't blame Jose for this. The problems in this team are more deep rooted than who the manager is. Pep couldn't get much more of a tune out of this lot.

The players are either stale from being here too long or they aren't good enough.

This was happening when Poch was here so I attach very little blame to the manager.

Real lack of threat in attack. Players are either too close to each other in the centre or offering no support in the wide area.

At one point Lo Celso countered, carried the ball 30 years, realised no one was supporting him so cut in, lost the ball and you could see the expression on his face. What's the point if no-one is breaking with him.

I can't decide if players are just not moving because of a lack of intelligence, because of confidence or because Jose wants them to stay in a position for when we lose the ball.

At the moment not a single player is being brave with the ball

Winks and Sissoko are such an awful CM pairing. 2 bang average players as is who look atrocious when paired together.

Sissoko makes us worse. We play so much better when he’s not on the pitch.

Maybe he's just concentrating on the defence but we look utterly clueless with the ball.

At the most basic level we are very poor. Ball control, weight and direction of pass, movement, strength.

But the most evident issue is that we are carrying probably 7 players who are hiding in possession. Jan and Toby are consistently looking for someone to take the ball from them. How many times have we had easy possession at CB and been either forced back to Hugo, or go speculatively long because there is no-one to give it to?

It's so easy to defend against and ensures we are constantly under pressure.

What are you even talking about? Why does any sort of stating the obvious - we've been really poor so far- make people plebs. The plebs are the posters who virtual signal against those who give anything but a glowing review of any performance ever .

If you focus on defence and concede 3 to Sheffield United while failing to get a shot on target against Bournemouth at the other end, you deserve to be sacked.

Our only offensive tactic is work the ball wide to Aurier. I can't see anything else and when that option isn't open, they don't know what to do.

But 95% of the time he passes back to Sissoko or Toby and we have to start again, the other 5% he fucks up a cross.
