If Ledley is the King then Dawson is the Crown Prince. Might not be the most gifted defender we have but by far the most spirited.

Yeah! We should be balls out, gung ho, blatantly waving our cocks in their faces attacking them. Down to 10 men, away, to a decent side, on an energy sapping soaking wet night. Full steam ahead and fuck the icebergs.

Fucking 'playing for pens' my arse.

You mean the World Cup where the Americans came in 31st out of 32 teams. Yeah that's inspirational. Looks like we picked the wrong "legend in his own mind" American to be occasionally excellent but typically shit in Deuce when we should have gone for Wynalda. He was the greatest player in the world according to himself. :p
It was a proud day for americans that year :) .. He was also good in 2002, but no peno saves i dont think... but hes not getting any younger..

How depressing is this??? Playing for pens

This should inspire you. Never has Tottenham played for penalties. Not because we are attacking or bold, but because we are confident in our suck-tacity at them. But AVB doesn't feel that way. It's not a terrible sign. Penalties are 99% Game Theory and 1% kicking a ball. And AVB is already playing the Game Theory angles.

our decision making has been absolutely woeful for the most part, never seem to make the right choice in good situations
