£8m for him is an absolute joke. Lambert's just gone for £4m and his best has gone (although he has had a good season). I don't want him to go but if he was to leave, I would be looking at double that (as a minimum)

It does seem like a bit of a joke, but Sandro is slightly crocked. I mean, not many players regain top form after that type of injury. Just saying...

Really like him and on his day is great ....but he's not had too many of them lately ....injuries,not liking TS etc....aside.
Sometimes he wins the ball back great and then plays a simple pass and facks it up .....

So if he is to stay he needs to raise his game, not be so careless when passing ......otherwise if hes not 100% committed to the club then sell but 8mil ....jog on ...double that with addons and than we'll talk.

Personally I hope he stays ....and gets a good full pre season behind him.
I see a 3 man mid of him dembele and pauly with erkisen lamela and ?? ( lukaku / Bony ) in frt of them......being very tasty.

May be - but not at that price

He's very injury prone. I think since he became a feature in the first team the number of games he has missed due to injury is almost 50%. That is something we really need to consider as a team and club in terms of building a settled team and wages.

He featured in just fifteen games under both managers last seaon. As our main defensive midfielder that's simply not good enough at any level of football, let alone for a team wanting CL football.

I think there's a storm brewing personally.
If you mean around him and his attitude, then I agree. His reaction to being dropped after the capitulation to Chelsea speaks volumes. I expect we'll try to get as best price we can and get rid. Napoli probably sense that and so they are starting low - I doubt he will be gone this side of August - he may turn out to be our summer saga.

I think on his day he is worth c.£20m but giving his appearances being restricted by injuries etc (76 over 4 seasons) we might be as well consider taking €20m, especially if he wants out.

Why the link with Napoli all the time?

The only time I haven't seen them headlined to "Set to Swoop" is when Danny Rose is mentioned - I guess even the gossips like to keep these things realistic.

I think there's a chance he will go this summer - but I can't see us selling for a similar price to what we paid.

I doubt we would actually get £20m for him considering he's stock has slightly fallen due to injury and lack of game time plus failing to make the World Cup squad but I can't see us selling for less than £15m

Much will no doubt depend on who the clubs targets are and who they make expendable in the centre of the park

I really <3 Sandro and what he brings not only on the field but off it too.

In the game against the Gooners, the way he did that triple sumersault and kungfoo'd Whinger in to the stands was awesome .. oh wait, i think i dreamed that, but it was still an awesome dream.

I can see him leaving though and would have thought a price tag of 15m would be a good starting point doing business at around 13/14m.

What ever Poch's dont need and wish list is we really need to start doing business asap so that we can get Poch's players in asap so theres none of that doing late deals two weeks in to the season. Get the likes of Hull and QPR in bidding wars early on and make enough to match any bids for Shaw.

Sadly I fear the Beast may be gone in the summer, BUT NEVER AT THAT PRICE. You can't buy one of his legs for that money!
He's one of our best players, let's pray he stays.
