The hate she’s got on twitter for it is absurdly weird. People defending a reporter they’ve never met with threats against her for exposing him misrepresenting his information. He’s even waded in with a response now. I haven’t read it though.

There are reports of Celtic being interested in taking Sessegnon on loan, so maybe we can do a swap deal?
If not, then it seems Milik is still very much an option and if available on loan or for a fee close to £15m, then it would be a good deal.

He followed that up with "Clearly no Go West fans in here?????" - so it was obviously a reference to Go West's song "King of Wishful Thinking". Josh King might be the one.

No idea why Ally Gold would be so coy as he goes on to list numerous, rumoured targets who have been in the press for months unless of course it isn't one of them.

Even said negotiations were at a 'delicate' stage and close to being agreed so i can't imagine it being an issue with the above names as they're out there unless Ally just doesn't know the name.

Wouldn't be the first time a name has come from nowhere and ended up being the one especially when its from Germany their press aren't as interested in making up rumours as most.

Alario from Leverkusen, when they were apparently looking at Aurier. Non HG for Non HG, and offset any cash required.
King from Bournemouth, when they were apparently looking at Carter-Vickers. HG for HG, plus as a championship club there’s an additional week of the window within which to do the deal.

I do still think we’ll go back in for Milik if Napoli get desperate enough and lower the price to a level Levy thinks is a smart move. His contract status will surely have a bearing on this.
