Yeah I know. How things could have been so different.

If he wants a greater technical challenge, then one of the two big Spanish clubs would be better than the Premier League. He can finish his career by managing the Argentinian national team.I'm not bothered about this at all. Think Poch will keep his word and still be in charge when we move into the new Lane.
Longer term, I think he might well manage United. If their stock, and his, remains high, that is....
So much drama on this page about two people who respect each other and go and have lunch and a second Spurs member of staff acting as a translator. It's no wonder newspapers sell with so many gullible people out there. It's two football Managers having lunch in FULL view of the public not an episode of Eastenders!
Some of the comments on this site begger believe and remind me of the Spammers behaviour last night.....mindless animals.
If Poch goes so be it. It's his choice but I am reading nothing it to this at all. Mutually respect and football talk that's all. He is happy at Spurs and is still building for the future. Maybe he will leave us in a few years and maybe not. Whatever he chooses he will leave a good legacy for the future.
Some of the comments above will make him feel that the fans are fickle and downright nasty.
Strange comment. Equating people being a bit cynical with morons throwing bottles at coaches.
Some people are just naturally suspicious and a life of crushing dissapointment as Spurs fans can alter your thinking.
For what it's worth I don't think Poch will be leaving anytime soon, but find it hard to believe that at some point over lunch Fergie didn't try and sweet talk him about what it's like to manage Utd.
I don't think he was commenting about the people worried about Poch leaving, probably more to do with someone posting something about wanting Fergie to die and the comments following it.
