So, no one is a winner. But I think Spurs are in the right.

Good. As I said before, he needs to be put to work elsewhere in the club. Obviously his sickening wage needs some kind of justification. So I suggest the club should give him a different demeaning job for every day of the week.

Monday: Cleaning the club toilets.

Just change all the locks, and have everyone pretend they've never met him before. He'll soon get spooked and go away.

A bit like Kurt Russell in Breakdown :D. Except without the overpaid footballer and football club.

Or he could be a Spur's Ambassador along with Ledley.

Not a bad idea. Maybe we could send him to visit some of our fans in Antarctica. Obviously he would need to wear full club kit when he met them....

Jokes aside, what a tragic and shameful mess this has become, other clubs must be shaking their heads in amazement at the situation.:(

I agree, but I think many other PL clubs have similar issues with players who are being paid top whack but aren't part of the current managers' plans. Adebayor is just the highest profile example at the moment.

the really sad thing is I can see another club falling for his bs and giving him a contract once we are done.... i hope to god that none else ever offers him a contract again but i can see it happening....

You really think so? I was just thinking the opposite, I think he may soon burn his bridges for ever, and find that no-one is willing to take a chance on him, except maybe on a free transfer for buttons of a salary, which he would not accept anyway!

Wednesday: Shining up Kane's boots so good, he can see his own face in them.
