Not every team is as poor at defending set pieces as us!

Think you are underestimating Leverkusen and overestimating West Ham.

I do expect it to be close though.
I also think there is every chance West Ham will win over the 2 legs. They have got both qf and sf 2nd legs at home, big advantage. Can't rule out them getting to the final.

West Ham knocking out Leverkusen might be just the thing that secures Champions League in fifth for us. Would love that.

Feel a little gutted for West Ham. They played well for 80+ minutes, had a few chances to level the tie, and should have leveled it. and they were pretty unfortunate how they conceded the equalizer.

They were all over them first half and the levels dropped after half time. Let frustration and emotion get the better of them.

Now they can go back to the level they should be.

They get their first trophy in decades, and this year get about par in the league, as well as going deep in Europe again, and they push the guy who made it happen out.

Lol.
It's funnier because they've already tried getting rid of Moyes for someone more exotic and it didn't go well.

I can only think Moyes has actually told them he’s off otherwise it’s a ridiculous decision, I couldn’t blame him at all as I think the way he’s been treated by all of them is prey shocking.

I know all fan bases are like this to an extent and we’re not an exception, but Moyes has won 20% of West Ham’s all time trophies and delivered their (joint) third and fourth highest placed finishes in the club’s history.

He should be closer to a statue than derision.

To be fair they brought Steidten in to bring in exciting talents but Moyes football is at odds with that.

So they could get rid of the sporting director and get someone who Moyes can work with but that would not satisfy the masses as Moyes ' football is not enjoyable for fans or players (Paqueta, Kudus would leave).

Would be okay for a while but they may get worse over time and then they'd need to change it all quickly.

Having said that, yeah I hope it goes south

To be in the press before the end of the season is poor form. The club have a long history of not treating people well. Moyes won them their first trophy for donkeys years last season and they did ok in EL. This could be the beginning of a fall for them.

Moyes and West Ham are over...

Hopefully, they find a new manager to take them back to where they belong....... near the regulation zone. I think Moyes has done a really good job at west ham. i miss laughing at them... hopefully those days will be back soon!

For them to announce this today, means they have been working on this for some time. I think he deserved better.
