The crazy thing is it’s like we think only we can see quality players and that no-one else will be interested. So instead of being decisive and also really showing the player we want them. We fk about for too long. This is especially when nowadays stuff gets played out in media by agents and clubs more often than not. This gives the clubs/agents and players more time to assess options and hijack. Will we ever learn?

In what sense is not looking good? And why is the default to automatically assume this is Levy’s fault. I know you’re ‘ITK’, but surely you can’t be so close to a negotiation like this, that you already know who is to blame and where to cast aspersions. Yes, past is precedent…. But before turning this into a pitchfork mob out for Levy blood, can we just pause for a second and wait to see how it plays out and if it all goes up in flames, why it did. Not all transfer muck ups are on Daniel. Granted, about 80% are. But Diaz, and others we have missed out on in the past have been no fault of our own.
WLB said fee was agreed but issue was finance structure, which we were haggling over. Who do you think wants us to nitpick how the money is paid out?

Yep had a bad feeling when no agreement was reached come tea time today.

Its just unbelievable we've havent behaved like a big Club and got this signing in immediately.

The player wanted to come, and the fee looked very reasonble

For all the vitriol his agent has delayed the deal and played a blinder creating a bidding war and got the best deal for his client and himself probably.
We will never know but it is all too easy to blame Levy without knowing the full story.

At this point one Romanian source has said he’s going to Bayern and everyone has jumped on it. Il admit it doesn’t look good from the outside and he may well go there, but i wouldnt listen to any of these sources like a Tuttosport journo saying he’s now going to Bayern as they are clearly jumping on the bandwagon. It’s not good that it’s come from a local Journo for Dragusin though of course!
Fair mate but other ITK and Fab Romano have all confirmed it now so looking and feeling like it’s all going south now unfortunately.

I told others not to panic lol but unfortunately it’s history repeating itself.

Hope we can pivot to a new target asap.

If not, Ange gonnaaa be pissssssed offf.

You're so wrong.

The only reason the deal hasn't been tied up, based on actual reliable sources (Fabrizio), was a 5m gap in valuation.

Who do you think sets the budget or valuation, if not Levy? Vicario? Skipp? The dinner lady?

Diaz was the same, but this is 10000x worse as we HAVE NO FUCKING CENTRE BACKS.

If this is true it’s absolutely pathetic from the club, a shambles.

All the good will and momentum Ange has built up, gone in an instant.

Way to annoy him and ruin what we were building Levy and/or whoever else was involved 👍🏻

The point is we have to react to Levy. We just keep carrying on ignoring the cancer and then only moan when something like this happens. Our fanbase must be more reactive. Protests, chants, burning his fucking head. Anything it takes to get him selling.

He's a vile human being with no respect.
Oh for fucks sake!
Do you not think this is going a little bit overboard?
I mean, at least wait until we've properly fucked the deal before we go this far.

If we did mess this up would only be 2 reasons another player we like has popped up and become available or there too stubborn with the financing of the transfer. it ain’t gonna financially break us this deal quite reasonable with the market inflation right now we just love to barter tight wallets and all that . Fee isn’t the issue either it’s other bits and bobs that come with it .

Fuck sake Bobs.

I’ve never really been very outspoken against Levy. But this is just ridiculous. Get the deal done! Definitely not the way to convince our best manager in years to stick around. Embarrassing.
Do we think Bayern, a slick, well-oil machine of a football club, only chose to try and buy Dragosin after Spurs haggled over a few million? Or is it more likely they waited until Dragusin’s agent became sure of a price Genoa would accept and the. made the move when they knew the price would not be negotiated up?

Not sure why we are surprised though. Is so typical, trying to drive the price down as they thought he's keen on joining only for it to come back to bite them. Just feel bad for Ange.

Romano hasn't mentioned it. It's still his pinned tweet that spurs are in the final stage of negotiations
