Shows enough during matches to make fans salivate and wonder why he's not being played more but time and time again managers have all made the same call on him.

Could head the way of Ravel Morrison if he doesn't cop on.

Think we should get rid of him in the summer but I do hope he has a wake up call. Annoying seeing these kind of players with bags of potential but waste it away.

Are we able to arrange another loan for him or are we now stuck with him? You just get the impression that the kid doesn't have the required attitude or professionalism to make it here unfortunately.

He was on Championship team of the season 21/22, that ought still be enough to attract some interest and another chance.

BEN:
He has shocking attitude
Well there you go. Nothing we didn't already know I guess and yet again we fail to do due diligence on a player's attitude and we get punished. Thankfully I think this is unlikely to happen under Ange and the new scouting team.

Beginning to think he has some kind of mental problems and may need counselling. How can you be given so many chances and not try take any of them. He is his own worst enemy and his next move is gonna be make or break.

Not everyone who is a prick has a mental issue. Some people are just pricks

Sounds like another Ndombele.

All the talent in the world, but zero application and a terrible attitude meaning he’ll flop anywhere he goes.

Met spense a while back,

lovely lad he really is, I just got the impression his not mentally mature enough his to laid back, I’m not sure he has the hunger and desire.

ofc I could be wrong that was just my impressio from briefly meeting him, he really is a good kid, I just think we signed a kid ❤️

he also has strong family support lovely family Ange needs to get his mum onside

His strong family support need to give him a strong kick up the arse because he's not going to get many more chances at a good level.
By all accounts, football is a small world and I would think that everybody (in England) is alerted to his attitude now.

He's probably going to have to drop lower to get another chance but will his ego let him do that?

I don’t think his that bad

I watched some Rennes games and he just jogged back when they were countered, our Barca preseason game when they scored he was jogging back, the boxing day Leeds game he was jogging back when countered (see another members post from boxing day)... there's a lack of application, attention, work ethic for the team , a selfishness.
After the Ndombele disaster this shouldn't have happened, especially after Warnocks warning.

Especially when they’ve worked so hard to get to such a privileged position in their trade, I suppose that’s the beauty of it though for a pro sportsman.
Spence is on a five year contract worth £25k per week, if it doesn’t work out for him at least he knows he won’t have to worry about paying the mortgage.
