They're probably not wrong. He doesn't drag his teams through games like tonight.he hasn't turned up for the big moments

I feel BBC Sport have this on their clipboard already. Is he actually going to take this free kick?
It's in "Harry Kane territory".Is he actually going to take this free kick?
Uh have you not seen the money these saudi’s have been spending? Give it two years and i think we’ll soon see 100million for a 40year old player!I will say this - in the years ahead, sports management classes will study the Kane deal as a masterclass in negotiations.
100M for a 30yo player, in the last year of his contract. We will never see the likes of that kind of deal ever again.
Think of what we could've won if we weren't burdened with Kane for all those years?!He's actually got a trophy curse on him doesn't he?
He isn’t a big game player. He just isn’t.I don't think anybody has said he's the problem.
I read some of the German media reports from the weekend and the negative ones seemed to think that he hasn't turned up for the big moments.
He scored goals in a lot of London derbies for us and some crucially important league games but he didn’t turn up for a lot of semi and finals for us and England. He isn’t a big game player. He just isn’t.
It won’t matter as just about everyone in Germany speaks very good English anyway (put us to shame on languages), as does Jose.He would do really well with Bayern. I don't think he speaks German though so why would he go there
The fact He played in 4 finals and had a total of 4 shots says everything. He scored goals in a lot of London derbies for us and some crucially important league games but he didn’t turn up for a lot of semi and finals for us and England.
For me Kane is a funny one as I think he’s such a good player he naturally commands a lot of respect from his team mates and because he scores so many goals it almost makes the rest of the team ease up as they think ah it’s ok Kane will score and we’ll be fine so teams as Pep says become the ‘Harry Kane’ team but yet he’s not Messi,Ronaldo,Mbappe level etc and personally I’ve always found him nice but frankly really very boring and almost robotic and I wonder if that rubs off on the rest of the team also.
This combination is good enough to get 2nd place league finishes and runner up and qtr/semi finals but it doesn’t get you over the line to win.
We shall see but if Bayern don’t win anything this season for the first time in many a year that can’t be a coincidence since Kane having gone there.
Ze German media will have a field day with that if it happens. He scored goals in a lot of London derbies for us and some crucially important league games but he didn’t turn up for a lot of semi and finals for us and England.

2 more years and I think he'll be back in England with usZe German media will have a field day with that if it happens.
Phenomenal striker, he is world class but it’ll be interesting to see what happens at the end of the season when they do their voting for European player of the year and whether he finishes above his previous positions when he was with us as I think the players take a lot of notice of that.
I think he’s gone there thinking instant trophies and the reality now for him is that in his first season he might win bugger all.
All this time away from his family when he could have just stayed and won the same amount, he must have thought about banging in them four goals in pre season and thought what have I done, I know I would have.

With Eric?2 more years and I think he'll be back in England with us
