I would be absolutely surprised if we get in another three this window. I think as of now even two more is rather optimistic.
Plus, interest in 4 players we want out is more than i thought.
How do you sell players that don’t want to be sold to the clubs that want to buy them?So we've gone from "the window hasn't shut yet" to "don't be negative, it's not the clubs fault they can't sell players" intresting.
We will have no problem sorting at least a loan for Reggie to Spain either.Interest in Hugo, Sanchez, PEH and Ndombele has all been widely report. Which one of those surprised you? Spence can probably be added to that list so I'd argue it's more than 4.
If we were asking for “market rates” then you would expect the market to be buying our surplus players. The fact they’re not moving suggests we aren’t meeting the market.Or, another way of looking at it, he wants market rates, for average players. I dont actually think the rumoured prices we want are especially unreasonable.
Do i think we should cut our losses and be more ruthless, yes
Are the prices (rumoured) we want unreasonable? not for me.
I can see both sides of the argument, and as much as I want us to get rid of the deadwood I can kinda see why Levy wants more.
reasonable deal seemingly discussed for Ndombele, but he won’t go to turkey. That’s nothing to do with DL’s valuations. If we were asking for “market rates” then you would expect the market to be buying our surplus players. The fact they’re not moving suggests we aren’t meeting the market.

Think the evidence is pretty overwhelming to be honest and repeated annually.reasonable deal seemingly discussed for Ndombele, but he won’t go to turkey. That’s nothing to do with DL’s valuations.
Everybody - I'd like you to meet @TuckerI refuse to believe the club would be stupid enough to sell Kane without making some kind of positive move in the market before the window closes.
Speculation does not = evidence. Who have we not sold because of DL’s valuation?Think the evidence is pretty overwhelming to be honest and repeated annually.
Loaning Ndombele saves us a massive amount in wages (even if we don’t get full contribution) and we have been able to find loans for the last two years. But you would just pay up his contract? Some loans will make sense, others won't and will just cost us money and waste time. There is no point loaning Ndombele out again, for example, because everyone now knows he is a hopeless professional. It's time to just take the hits, cancel some contracts if necessary.
Our valuations might not be unreasonable but they are not realistic in this market.
We did exceptionally well to squeeze the extra millions out of Bayern so let's just use those gains to offset against some big losses on these unwanted players. We can't expect to be winning on both sides of the ledger all the time, we sold a 30-year old academy player running down his contract for a 100 million, what better time to take some losses on some other players who need to go.
Ange deserves a clean slate and the time necessary to rebuild.
Some loans will make sense

As I have just heard, we want to bring in 3 players. Few outs really close. This includes loans
Good news for a Friday afternoon. Cheers HercAs I have just heard, we want to bring in 3 players. Few outs really close. This includes loans
*insert that image of Jacob Reece Mogg asleep lying down in parliment*And so it begins… the sorry we tried
Bottom line is he wants too much money for bang average players
