There is no front runner for either role now. They have been knocked back by practically the majority for either role. Reasons are plain and obvious. Is there a panic? You know the answer to that one. They thought they had nailed it especially with Slot.
We're totally fucked. Levy's approach was never sustainable and what's happening now is the direct and inexorable consequence.

He's not turning us down. One look at his managerial career tells me he just won't believe his luck. We didn't chase down Neil Lennon or Martin O'Neill for the job of manager because they did well in Scotland with Celtic and quite rightly. We shouldn't be looking at this bloke either. It just screams mid table shite.

I feel like you go over and over the same argument re Postecoglou without taking in any of the numerous posts on why he'd actually be a good fit for Spurs, which is probably why he shouldn't be hired.

Fans will approach his appointment with a level of entitlement, he'll never succeed without their backing and when he's sacked because of the usual lack of impatience, it will be directed at Levy and the board again.

If we are saying that is true, why then won’t we recruit a DoF Nagelsmann wants?

I'd imagine for the same reason, looks like they want a Head of Recruitment model and the coach just says yes or no to certain options that fit into Levy's new fangled well thought out vision.

Probably doesn't want a DOF having control either, hence the Munn appointment.

I'm not sure where this has come from. De Zerbi was always their first choice.

Also, so what if he is highly rated by City Football Group. All their teams are shit and an FFP work around for the actual main club.

From a quick google search

Postecoglou didn't want to leave Celtic for Brighton in the end

I hear this a lot but I can’t agree, it’s a huge risk for them to try and compete with the likes of City, United and now Newcastle financially. The risk of failure vastly out weighs the benefits if the club was competitive. We have 3 domestic competitions and only the league title is a real money maker.
Champions League is a money maker. We might even get a Stadium sponsor with more success. At the moment we are a laughing stock and that cannot be good for business.

Club using social media and their PR to test the waters with managers names. Vote against it. They are deliberately gauging fans reactions.,
Need to bombard it all with #LevyOut because the manager is meaningless with him running things.

I don't know if I'm more upset by the chaos of the managerial search or the fact that even hiring Guardiola would be pointless with these clowns in charge.

He has to see he's the issue now, he has to see he needs to leave for the sake of the club

So that's where potter, Rodgers and Ange are coming from so. Shambles and once again confirms we have no idea or plan

And yet the Levy and the club chose to ignore all the calls of levyout, nagelsmannin, slotin trending so rapidly in the last month or so. That's the most accurate sentiment ffs.

God if that's the case they're even more pathetic than I thought.

If they believe in a manager they shouldn't give a fuck about what we think - fans are reactionary AF and wrong about this kind of thing all the bloody time.
