Big Ange has been a long-time choice of mine (for all I know!), and, just to add to all the excellent points you’ve made, I suggest that people watch the ‘Postecoglu takes training with a mic on’ Celtic vid on YouTube. Handshakes and good words with each player beforehand, then clear, sharp, easy-to-grasp directions throughout.
The main brief, though, is always to ‘take one touch, then pass the ball and move into space - create space and angles’. This is literally what the great Spurs sides were founded on - the ‘push and run’ sides. He also usually sets up to give one player an entirely free run within his teams, meaning they can link up with play in any way they see fit.
I've also seen interviews with him where he says that he actually enjoys joining a club when they are in need of change, as I gives him more creative freedom to shape a squad and develop it afresh.
Personally, I think he’d be an awesome appointment.
