Excellent assessment, I would add footballing intelligence to your list.I saw no lack of effort last night.
I saw a system failure instigated by a lack of technical ability, confidence and cohesion while being pressed.
It's really really hard to care anymore.
It's obvious the majority of the team aren't arsed, bringing on Lucas Moura and Sanchez as our only subs doesn't help either

But I thought everyone was saying it was Conte’s system that was wrong? If the players are playing how they want, then displays like last night show clearly that they don’t give a toss. You can't really tell if it's any good, because the players don't seem to bother following it. We've had a system coach for a 18 months with a core of players who can't be arsed to play a system. :s
What do you think it is? Not asking you as an ITK. Just think there's something rotten in the heart of Denmark and interested in your view.
Personally I think we have a real problem with the culture at the club. It doesn't seem to be a high performance culture - quite the opposite.
We've had a lot of new players since Poch left but the culture has got worse and worse.
I'll be honest, i'm still annoyed.
That period of the match post penalty is up there as one of the very worst i've witnessed as a Spurs fan.

Spot on. This issue is compunded by the so called 'leaders' in the squad being quite weak characters. Look at Lloris - former France captain and WC winner, Son - South Korea Captian, I'd even throw Harry Kane into the mix as well as England Captain. These guys are no doubt very good players but as characters and leaders they are soft as shit. Until we get a core group of tough characters in there that won't accept the poor standards that have become an ingrained personality in this squad we are going nowhere....I think last night was a great example of what conte was referring to in his press conference. The fundamentals of any team is work rate and desire. I just don’t think this core group can consistently demonstrate they have it, which is a massive concern. I think a lot of fans hope this is solved by tactics/formation/style of play but I fear unless we cut even deeper with this squad history tells us they can roll their sleeves up for a year or two then revert to type, because actually working hard everyday in any walk of life isn’t for everyone. If people want to know why it’s gone so bad on the pitch this season Vs last I’d look very closely at the players as despite his personal issues I very much doubt conte dropped his standards or intensity. Rigid tactics absolutely, but the same system and approach had us as one of the form teams heading into this season.
Don’t worry you’ve only got a few days to wait & you’ll watch it all over again. Fucking insanity.Hahaha i forgot about the comedy moments of us trying to play out from the back with Eric Dier and Hugo Lloris.
Shambles
We need a DOF that's ruthless in getting rid of this squad and very smart and shrewd rebuilding it.Nobody is defending Conte from any responsibility. Not one person. I think pretty much every Spurs fan acknowledges that what is happening is a collective issue and you are only interpreting it that way because you think it's the main problem. If any supporter can't see that our problems right now are literally from top to bottom then they need to have a serious rethink about what they are watching.
In no particular order our issues this season are and have been the chairman, the board, the DOF, The manager/coaching team, the players, and a section of the fanbase. At no time have I absolved Conte from any responsibility, but what I have done is chosen to focus my attention on the guy who is ultimately responsible for it all. So it looks like I am only blaming Levy. I'm not. What I witnessed last not wasn't his doing that was ultimately on Stelinni and Mason for their tactics, and for me more so on the players for not putting the required effort in.
From what I take from the ITK, one of the issues with getting rid of the deadwood (and there is tonnes of it when you look at the players out on loan too), is that Levy has an over inflated opinion of their value and has refused to take the hit necessary to get rid of them, certainly until recently (Dele and Doherty). We need a DOF that's ruthless in getting rid of this squad and very smart and shrewd rebuilding it.
We need a chairman that tells the DOF how much we have for transfers and just lets him get on with it. He needs sign players to the managers needs and philosophy.
We need a manager with a clear plan on how he wants to play and how the club should play.
We need players that aren't the load of shit we have now.
Problem is I don't trust Levy to make a single good decision, he won't employ a DOF, he may get lucky with the manager and we've seen over and over he doesn't do what's necessary with this squad.
