Poch goes to Madrid and gets more experience - he still needs it - wins a few more trophies, and comes back to us in another 5 years a far more competent and experience manager, ready to take us to titles.
In the meantime, we've gone through 3 rebuilds by 4 managers, including Nuno 2.0, Potter, Slot and Nuno: Reloaded

'Arry is unironically the 2nd best manager we've had in the 21st century.

Yes I said it. He did a better job than Conte or Mou.
Agree and if we can agree Nagglesman or simile standard of option for summer then more then happy for Harry to take over with Mason until the end of the season, won’t happen but would be more than fine with it if it did.

Would give Mason fantastic experience and support and would bring feel good factor back for final 10 games.

What are Bayern up to, if we aren’t going to sack conte soon then can’t Bayern at least sack nagelsmann so we can get one of the balls rolling.
Bayern are a bit of a shitshow tbh. From what I’ve read their board has gone a bit mental and came up with some weird reasons for sacking JN. Again, Nagelsmann is not perfect but he has done a lot with Choupo Moting as his striker and no proper 6.

I would be equally as happy with JN as Slot, but I figure that Nagelsmann would be much harder to work with behind the scenes and likely jump from Spurs once Levy starts being the prick we all know he is.

slot is used to a shoestring budget and making things work despite losing players.

we need that, as long as we have Levy. Idealists fail here, those who need a specific set of players will always fail. Levy is a horrible chairman who will always let us down in the transfer market. What we need is to hire a manager who is able to succeed even with those parameters.

The key thing here is for us to be decisive, there are actually some really decent options out there right now.

Tuchel has moved on fine, let’s see if Nagglesman is keen, if not then tie down any of : L.Enrique, Poch, Slot, Almirom for now or summer and get planning.

There is really no need at all to wait until summer to see if Nagglesman etc are interested, there are pros and cons to a lot of options but there are a good 4-5 really decent realistic choices available so work out who we can get and get it done.

Looking at the poll on here, it would be interesting to know with those who wanted Tuchel, who would you be happy with next instead? Looks like the top three is Poch, Gallardo and Nagelsmann.

Fucking hell, mate. Shall we go over De Boer's record at Ajax or Van Bronkhurst's at PSV? He's obviously put together a really good side, but Dutch football is hardly at its strongest at the moment. He's a huge risk.
This. I work in the Netherlands quite a bit and the general consensus is if Feyenoord don’t win the league this year then he should be sacked. PSV are in a rebuild, Ajax are a mess and top 6 sides like Vitesse are in a relegation battle. Standards been pretty poor this season.

Poach wouldn’t be a good hire.

Retreads are the absolute worst thing the club can do. We must embrace new ideas and a new era. Mauricio as much as I love him would just be continuing the stasis that has existed for the past 5 years. It would be just delaying the inevitable.

I voted Tuchel because I thought he was the most likely, but my preference has always been Gallardo and now Nagelsmann.

Not too keen on Poch returning but I wouldn’t be against it either. I feel like it’s too soon but you never really know.

On my day off work, I am working on a project at the moment on football in London. Got up early this morning and have been to Bromley FC, Millwall and Brentford. So far every club I’ve been to today people have asked me has Conte gone yet as well as Poch should be your manager. Also spoke to one of the guys at the Den and told me Poch watched his son play at the den for our youth team years ago and he said Poch was a true gent gave up a lot of his time for people there when he visited.

Not really. Every manager who's been a "success" for us has had experience of English football - Poch, Harry, Jol (played here). All the managers we brought in with none - Ramos, Santini, Gross, flopped pretty hard.
That's a bit of a stretch to include Jol because he played here

Ramos is the only one to win a trophy though..
