Very good half albeit Forest look awful.

Porro is the difference maker for me. The way he is holding the wing had let Richy play inside effectively
Would be doing even better if Romero would look to his left and move the ball to him when he is in space instead of waiting until he has a man

I said after the Sheffield Utd game that it made no sense to change a winning line up for a must win Cup game believing the Wolves game was a higher priority because if we lost at Sheffield that was us out of the cup whereas if we lost at Wolves there were still 12 games to play for us to compensate for the loss. And so it’s proved to be. We lost at Wolves while Liverpool won against ManU but now they’ve lost today and we won. So nothing has changed since before the cup game except we needlessly threw away the chance of a potential FA Cup SF appearance. Not for the first time we cut our nose off to spite our face

Much more fun. The hand brake seemed to be eased just a little, though (and this is obligatory) Forest were shit.

Shout out to Forster today, played well. Did exactly what he needed and pulled off a couple very big saves

What is the consensus on here if Conte steers us into 3rd.......ie above Pool Newcastle and Manu

3 points and most importantly we showed a fair amount of attacking intent

Happy enough with the 3pts and pleased for Harry. Another brace, and the one positive consistent at the club. 20 in the PL again, fantastic.

But a win at home against the shittest team on the road, doesn't change much, and can't make up for the last 10 days.
Liverpool result was nice though.
