I don't.

And it'll be 2 managers who have won everywhere else that haven't won at Spurs. If we sack Conte, he'll go win some trophies with another team.
I'm still perplexed he did nothing after the first 10-15 minutes when Odegaard was roaming freely around the pitch. The midfield two was constantly overloaded and he adjusted nothing.
The key yesterday was to not lose and playing a midfield three, would've helped solidify us up in the centre. But what the fuck do I know; I'm not paid £15m a year to make this decisions.
Ok? So what?If we sack Conte, he'll go win some trophies with another team.
I’m pretty certain they’d all be sold if buyers could be found. They’re transfers that haven’t worked out.Let's see in the summer if Conte is here, if they return or are told to stay away until a club is found for them.
If Conte isn't here we're stuck waiting for a new man to
A) Assess them to see if they suit the system/profile
B) We're stuck trying to shift them all summer and most likely they go on loan somewhere and we still have them on the books.
It's not just that Levy instructs managers to reintegrate players that 3-4 managers have said aren't good enough or have the wrong mentality. Why? Money!Let's see in the summer if Conte is here, if they return or are told to stay away until a club is found for them.

I watched Serie A over the weekend as well as Barca v Real M yesterday evening, many teams use a similar system with wingbacks doing multiple roles, our players are not good enough, even in training the team are constantly practicing rondo's but in an actual game there's panic leading to a wayward pass, you do know it's suppose to improve tempo two touches and pass how often does our players cling onto the ball, it ridiculous. Your seeing it but you need to acknowledge the guys for their own good need to move on. when Odogie comes Sess is on the bench because Odogie does both roles. If he is so great why is he expecting Sess to be both an attacking threat and be able to contain Saka? Why is he expecting PEH + AN Ohher to contain and outplay midfield 3s every week?
Sorry but yesterday was crying out for solidity in midfield and the fact he kept it as a 2 for so long is his doing, no one elses.
He let them go because his incompetence meant he was over a fucking barrell and for the first time ever he had to hire a manager who wasn’t a fucking puppet and wouldn’t tolerate his bull shit Interfering. He didn’t? Then why aren’t they all still here in the squad? Why is Dele scraping bench appearances in Turkey when Levy “didn’t want to let him go.”
The first chance Conte had to get rid of Dele, he was gone. Conte was appointed in October, Dele was released to Everton on essentially a free transfer in his first transfer window.
We don’t need to release the likes of Ndomeble, Lo Celso or Reguilon on frees when there’s still an opportunity to sell them. They’ve been moved on loan. That’s backing him whether you like it or not.
He wanted them gone, they’re gone.
I wish I could give this multiple winners - it’s exactly what I mean when I say they’ve backed their manager in every aspect and now it’s paying dividends.
We on the other hand barely ever get first choice targets and have to plump with plan B, C, or D instead. We hold onto shit dead wood players for way too long (hence the state of the current squad), and our chairman thinks he’s also the DOF l, signing players the manager doesn’t want.
We’re a fucking joke club.
Great infrastructure but what’s the point having the best training facilities when the academy set up is miles below the standards of Chelsea, Arsenal etc.
Now is the time to focus on one thing - Football. Get the players in that the manager / Paratici want. Get rid of those surplus to requirements.
Have a proper strategy and be decisive for a change.
this club will be the fucking death of me.
Conte's the first manager Levy's given that licence to, though. He didn’t? Then why aren’t they all still here in the squad? Why is Dele scraping bench appearances in Turkey when Levy “didn’t want to let him go.”

My guess he wants to try and get our best attacking players on the pitch when they're fit, and higher up the pitch. Plus we saw how good we can be in the last 3 or 4 months of last season.I think there's something in the fact that Conte has only been successful with the 343 system with Chelsea for one season. It was a new way of playing which took opposition teams a while to work out and they went on a 13 game winning run while other big teams were having off seasons. They also had a very strong and balanced team... and Hazard.
In Serie A with Juve/Inter and with Italy it was 352 so you could argue that's his preferred system. Not sure why he hasn't played it more with us when we clearly get outnumbered in midfield against better teams.
The situation will only change when ENIC sells, for better or for worse. Sacking Conte won't change much long term, keeping him won't either.I think my main issue with getting rid of Conte is that it consigns us to mediocrity and also rans. We might be better on the eye in the short term but it will always be business as usual from the top. For me although the football is poor Conte represents the fan base more than any other manager we've had, because he feels exactly the same. We have an opportunity NOW, not in 5 years time after another project. If we accept a manager that'll come in and is happy to work with and somewhat improve the players the board get them then we are accepting that getting by is enough.
We'll go back to being the team that finds the odd gem builds them up then has to sell them to meet their ambitions. When you add in there are more teams now pushing to win NOW than there were under Poch, I think it's fair to say this approach will see pushing for Europa as ambitious as there will be 6 teams happy to outspend us every season. remember the stadium was going to be a game changer, yet DL is still stood here playing the same old games.

Many thanks. i wanted to give you a funny emoji for that because it reminds me of the little game "one of these things is not like the others".I think my main issue with getting rid of Conte is that it consigns us to mediocrity and also rans. As the way it should be.....And what does Levy understand? ?I'll just point out the reason Edu and Arteta are on the same page is that Edu understands the player manager relationship and that the managers voice should always be the loudest and most listened to.

Yep but if we don't do you see him winning trophies with us?
I don't.
I'm not disagreeing, he has been backed but as Trix has just replied, they'll be asked to reintegrate these lot by Levy and we're again looking at Ndombele strolling around the pitch, Lo Celso half fit and Winks back in his comfort zone.I’m pretty certain they’d all be sold if buyers could be found. They’re transfers that haven’t worked out.
I just thought it was pretty ludicrous for someone to be ranting about Conte not being backed in this kind of way, when he clearly has been. It was hilarious that they even gave Dele as an example, a player that the club gave away for nothing in Conte’s first window.
But apparently that’s only a good thing when Arsenal do it with Aubameyang ??
We played 2 in the middle when we won 3-0 though. Its just not as simple as that. For whatever reason we're just not functioning anymore. Son is a shadow of last season. Kulusevski has barely been fit. Bentancur is out. Although I don't know exactly whether it's those things but we just can't get back to where we were end of last season. I just don't see us defend well anymore and break fast and effectively like last season. We look shaky at the back and slow on the break.Unfortunately i have gooner pals and all from different friend groups. Every single one said "What was Conte doing playing 2 in middle" "Conte has killed you there"
Like i said yesterday, I'm a massive Conte fan and back him fully but yesterday was the first game where I feel he deserves the most blame.
