We have an issue at the moment where we keep hiring managers who don't want the ball. Conte is a winner but you have to want his style and back him with the players. However, something not right about this midfield problem we have. You just need to dominate the midfield against us and we will struggle.

I think son will continue to struggle unless we match up in midfield so that he can go one on one with defenders more further up the pitch.
