In the equivalent U21v tournament, England are 0-1 down to Slovenia due to an own goal by Djed Spence in the first minute, and he was then subbed off after an hour.

Whoopsies :)

Kalajdzic has been utter garbage in both games against Denmark. Really hope we don’t go for him…

There might be a big side or two in League B next time.

Could matter since the next NL probably sets the World Cup draw. But UEFA has 16 sides for 2026 so it probably wont matter.

Also the next NL is supposed to include South American sides, honestly who knows how it would work.

Armenian left back sent off 90 seconds before halftime for a wild challenge on McTominey a Scottish player and then headbutts John McGinn right in front of the referee. Madness

Then Scotland score a minute after the restart.

Why does Southgate have no left backs in the squad? I know there are injuries etc, but now would be a good time to look at some of the lower ranked left backs in case we still have these injuries come the world cup. They just showed a few clips on channel four illustrating how a naturally right sided player can struggle out there during the build up and whilst they were neutral about it, I think it's an issue.

I agree. It’s not like both Shaw and Chilwell haven’t had injury problems. He should be using these games to try out players. They’re irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. Abraham should have played lots more than Kane for example.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to have Saka at left back than Walker?
