Obviously they must have an technical issue. I would suggest ringing the ticket office and/or emailing them. My ticket for the West Ham game has been removed from my wallet and replaced with the Palace ticket. Mine has done this since the beginning of the season. Pre-Watford I stood in line at the ticket office for an hour, only to be told that the QR code worked perfectly fine, it just wasn't updated properly with the details. Very narrowly managed to make it for kick off.
