It's not that he'll interfere, it's that Paratici & Conte will spend hours identifying targets, Paratici will go to Levy and say I want X player and he's worth 25m. Levy will then bid 10m and proceed to tell Paratici that we were unable to bring him in. That's when Conte starts kicking baldylocks in the head.

Unlikely. Dele has said how his whole game is based on playing off the cuff (his own words). Doesn’t sound like the kind of player Conte will like at all.
