Fucking hell alot of sensitive souls on here cant take a light hearted joke lol deleted so no more tears
I said less derogatory than the ones that have been sung to Kane, but that was worse. There was nothing funny about singing about his wife, who is probably more Spurs than H or his family either.

Get the money and get him gone. Total lack of respect for the club and the fans with his behaviour. One of our own? Didn't take much for him to fuck that off when City and their oil money came calling.

That’s what everyone was saying when Baldini was in charge of spending the Bale money.
I do feel a sense that this time is different. It feels like Fabio has (bar the Kane scenario) far more autonomy than the previous DoF that we've had.

Wouldn't it be nice if the football media in this country would see this as an opportunity to re-assess whether Pep & City, and their 'achievements' are really worthy of all the unqualified praise they have lavished upon them.

They're playing on easy mode, with all the cheat codes activated - and everything they do should be scrutinised accordingly.

There's no way that this is good for the game as a whole. A Premier League with a Grealish-less Villa and a Kane-less Spurs is surely an inferior product overall.

Let's try remain classy, hey?

The best way to deal with Kane leaving to City is to just not give him the affection we once did, move on.

Although, I don't forget. I try to live life without holding onto hate and you do feel better for it.

If we start with stupid chants, or effigies, or name calling, it just looks bitter and it also validates Kane's decision to leave. Let's try to remind him that he had a it very very good here and he won't get that level of adulation at City.

We should remain classy but there is no reason he shouldn't be given a hostile reception. It didn't need to cross the line but it should be an intimidating atmosphere for the opposition

This may sound silly, so no bashing ok! If we do get £150m (ish) for Kane why don’t we go balls out for Haaland? If they only stand to get €75m for him
next year when the release clause sets in, could we not offer €85 this year, get ahead of the game, Dortmund make more money from him. If City get Kane and Chelsea have Lukaku, can you see them going for him next summer? Spanish clubs may also be in some financial trouble still even next year. We’d certainly have the money to do it! At least test the waters surely?!

Think his strike has worked wonders in terms of fans accepting him leaving. Can't believe we have people actively wanting him to leave and suddenly being willing to accept paltry bids and part exchanges..
Exactly . The Kane's plan has worked, sadly .

Massive dollop of co-op brand salt with this, but a guy called Danc on COYS posted this…

My first bit of ITK from this morning. A friend on a spurs group I’m on. Take with the necessary pinch of salt but I have no reason to disbelieve it. And it tally’s up with what we have already heard.

I'm friends with Sam Hitchen (Steve's wife) and just bumped into her in CO OP. I asked her about Kane situ, she said he's said he'll stay but wants a new contract with more money and a release clause. Kane, his brother, his Dad, Levy, Steve and Fabio are thrashing it out this morning..

This number being thrown around for Halaand is purely a release clause for Dortmund, all the other fees involved will almost certainly double the actual outlay needed to sign him. Along with Mbappe, he is going to be the most sought after player in the world next season. No way we stand a chance regardless of the price being quoted.

Because it's 75m for Dortmund, 75m to his agent and 400k a week wages.

Does Haaland get a say? If not I’m all for this…

When I hear the phrase 'thrashing it out', I imagine a bunch of people in a room head banging to Slayer. Never had Levy down as the type.

That’s the kind of itk that everyone would love to believe but can you imagine Steve hitchen’s wife blabbing in the Co-op about the biggest transfer of the summer. It’s given me a good chuckle that’s for sure! ???

Almost as amusing, Steve hitchen has the same birthday as me. That’s 100% cast iron ITK!

Hostile and booing him is one thing, singing about his wife (who has young children and done zero wrong) is a line that shouldn't be crossed.
