Oh really? I’m surprised, I can’t see why they’d care which club he plays for. Or is it just that he’s making himself look like a brat?
England sponsors are not happy the poster boy is behaving like a spoilt kid. There are friendlies in a few weeks and he's getting slagged by almost every pundit in the land.

Saying he's never refused to train probably just means he said he'd train away from the training ground instead. I imagine hes just trying to be clever with the wording there

England captains need to be professional and wholesome. Plus England have 3 qualifiers on 2nd, 5th and 8th September. If he is not back in training and playing it will be pretty hard for Southgate to pick him.
I’m sure John Terry is regarded as wholesome. Add Rooney and Rio for their behaviour at certain times too.

I totally respect yours too and think its how its taken and we both have differing lines as it were. I suspect his motive was different from how i saw the interview but he has always been quiet the model pro so a lot of this has taken us by surprise including the interview which perhaps i am giving the benefit of the doubt on.

It's a difficult one to get a read on, but for me personally, this is just his true character coming to light. There's too many things working against him right now, and now this total non-apology with a lack of detail or explanation only adds to that. Let's hope we all get some clarity on the situation at some point.

I'm not buying this. It's been 5 days of Kane watch to see if he showing up. The moment someone said he was on strike he should have come out and said no he isn't. This statement had only come out because he knows there is a serious risk that Man City will go all out for Messi so wants to build bridges.

Even Nuno refused to discuss it. He could have easily said no he on holiday but didn't.

Like everyone else, i'm suspicious about the statement because it took so long and the situation was allowed to fester. Spurs have never really been rapidly reactionary with media stories so a bit of ineptitude isn't beyond the realms of possibility.

BUT.........I said at the start, there's things we don't know and it was totally at odds with how he's always conducted himself. Could this all be a load of whitewash? Absolutely. But it could also be genuine. It could, that's all, i'm not totally writing that possibility off.

If he turns round now and says he's staying, that's all I give a fuck about. He's returning to training. That's a start. If people want to hate him, fill your boots but i'm never going to, even if I don't like what he's doing, the bloke is a legend.

You watch, now something will come out that makes my faith in him totally misplaced

Sorry for sticking up for him :D
Agree with those sentiments - no-one outside of the Kane camp and the higher echelons at the club really know what went on and what was agreed and what wasn't and yet fans have suddenly demonised our best player for years almost on a par with Sol Campbell without no concrete information. The term 'knee-jerk' was invented for football fans

This new tweet is the biggest disgrace of the lot.
Unless he has worded it very badly it reads

~’for ten year I have always had the fans support - this is why it hurts so much that my professionalism is been questioned’

it hurts that you’ve always had our support and now you don’t.
You clearly take our support for granted Harry. It won’t continue if you play silly beggars with us in the media. Make a clear statement about how much you love your club, your ten years at Spurs

not you’re disappointed with the fans.

This guy has fallen of the map.

Such a poor tweet

I cannot believe he seriously does not see a problem with moving to a domestic rival, and a financially doped one at that. If we was pining for a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona I could understand it a little. What a turnaround though, Spurs fans rooting for Levy over Kane!

I doubt he was thinking about it but I doubt the club are best pleased he's released that bullshit just as we're preparing to announce our second biggest transfer of all time.
What this whole fiasco shows is Kane is all about Kane and in reality he really has always been that way.

I won't hate him, ever. But I won't ever feel the love for him or defend him the way I've always always any longer. He brought this on himself.

Agreed, people are far too quick to judge. As far as I’m concerned he’s still a Spurs player until he isn’t, and therefore will have my full support going into the new season (assuming he’s still here ??)

There's a middle ground. it's like catching your significant other in a semi compromised position that seems impossible to believe. You're still with them but the relationship is on shaky ground. You have to be open minded that there could be a reasonable explanation but also realize that its a 100:1 odds against it.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves though, there is nothing in there about looking forward to the season etc, he still wants out.

City fans are hilarious though, they are acting like 'well if you don't sell Kane to us, forget the 100m, it's now or never'. Like they are giving us the ultimatum. What planet are they on?

What has his transfer got to do with the FA? Other than registering it and processing the transfer.
England Captain, commercial appeal has always been around him being a model pro. Him acting out like an absolute **** is going to give them something to discuss.

I still believe he will be a City player by the end of the transfer window. The damage is done unfortunately.

Shag me sideways! There are a lot of people in here making wild, toxic assumptions about a situation they know nothing about. have You ever been painted as the villain in a situation where you are not because you refuse to rise to it and shout as loud as those damning you? Just saying, let’s calm down and see what happens before turning on somebody who actually stuck with us longer than most would nowadays
