Why are they after Dier now ?Poor sods.
We would take their best defender and give them our worst
I'd imagine it's one or the other. I'd rather Romero between the two, as good as Kounde is, I love the warrior-type CB that Romero is.
About advanced negotiations they did.So, were football London the first to report on it then? Just going on the OP.
I believe Di Marzio/Romano mentioned it was a possibility about a week ago but didn’t really act like it was a big deal. Ally broke the advance Ed talks. So, were football London the first to report on it then? Just going on the OP.
That’s good to know for future ref. Thanks.About advanced negotiations they did.
We still miss a left-footed Centre-back. That's the only thing that is not optimal about this signing. I miss Superjan so much. So, at Atalanta he plays in the middle of a back 3. I wonder if this hints at Nuno potentially moving toward an attacked back 3 set up... similar to that of Atalanta, RB.
Starts with a no-nonsense MCB. Seems like he fits the bill. As would Rodon. If we buy another defender coming from a back 3 system, then one can only assume he's going to have two systems in place: 1) back 3 (that can be attacked and defensive) and 2) The hybrid 433 we saw against Colchester.
Interesting days ahead!!
Add to that it sounds like we're in a good position for a RB (Tomiyasu) and a striker. Shaping up to be a great window if we can get all those deals over the line.So... based on the last three days, would it be correct to assume that the following three players are 'close' to signing:
1) Gollini (sp?)
2) Gil
3) Romero
That's quite impressive.
Curious as to where the 40-50m is coming from if there's no player exchange. I know we're not skint, and presumably we've got outgoings lined up which will cover some of it, but it's just very un-Spurs like, especially in a post-stadium, post-covid scenario.
It’s just beautiful to see this written by Di Marzio ?but there will be no problems in reaching the agreement.
