You have to teach players how to play and how to pass, Potter is known for it. Jose doesn't have luxury of world class player in every position who was coached by 3 incredible coaches in previous clubs, him and Sacramento need to implement actual coaching and modern strategy, not just bus parking and countering. Players need to take the blame too, but Jose isn't getting the best out of them. Newcastle with Steve Bruce look like prime Barcelona compared to us.

This is the players. We’ve seen in before in the last days of Poch. They are pathetically mentally fragile and any setback causes them to go to pieces. We are simply not going to win another game this season playing like this.

The payers are play8ing their part for sure, but the team is set up too deep with no plan to attack.

Give Harry Redknapp players like Bergwijn, Ndombele, Dele, Son, Kane and we'd be playing a lot better football and scoring a lot more goals than this crap! Right now I would swap Mourinho for any other coach in the premier league apart from Allardyce.

Chelsea’s movement is on a whole other level to ours. They are showing way more energy and urgency. Technically they are a different class, even playing through traffic their passes are finding their man.
I hate them even more than normal.

I agree that the tactics are woefully ill-suited for our abysmal defenders, but Dier absolutely deserves blame there. That was reminiscent of the penalty Son gave away when he was playing left back in the cup semi a few years back. Genuinely among the stupidest penalties you'll ever see. Jose and Dier both have fucked up massively.
Werner was clever and Dier a little bit panicked, Chelsea have been coming at us in waves and Dier and the other defenders have been keeping them at bay but it was never going to last.
If you keep letting them in your box you will lose, however the goals come they'll come.

I'm starting to think Hoddle could be a decent caretaker till the end of the season. He can see what the problems are.

This whole shambles is 100% responsibility of the manager.
He’s not got a scooby-doo of how to set-up, strategise, manage and motivate players in this current era of Premiership football.
Tottenham don’t have bad players....they have poor management.

Tottenham need a young, inventive and infectious manager.
Someone with fresh ideas....and a cheeky glint in their eye.
Someone that takes responsibility and can galvanise the people around him.
Woy?
