That result was dreadful, 82 minutes played and 3 up. Its honestly unacceptable.

Jose needs to really make some big calls after this result. Certain players need to be dropped. We should have put the game to bed, but to concede like that is dreadful.

Whilst the subs killed of momentum at 3-0 up you cannot blame Jose for wanting to rest Tanguy and Son.
You absolutely can blame Jose when they were both with us the entire break and they were subbed off for players who really should not have been getting minutes in this side again.

To be honest what Winks does in that last third goal is a cardinal sin. It's 10 seconds left. The ball has to be cleared - You don't drive the ball towards the middle trying to dribble past players.

Lanzini doesn't score that again even if he had 10,000 tries. But once again it's those late fouls that kills us. Definitely still room for improvement.
Like in one of our past match when Antonio scored a worldie. Fucking jammy I couldn't stand it.

Winks offered absolutely nothing. Genuinely didn’t do a single thing. The drop off when Ndombele came off was absolutely staggering. I don’t see how he can ever be trusted to see out a match.

He is an odd one, scoreline isn't his fault of course . It's just he really offers nothing defensively or in attack so you sub a class act like Tanguy for nothingness. You gain nothing but lose something.

Oh well can't blame VAR this time. Should've seen out Newcastle and seen out west ham. 4 points down the drain.

Same old frailties it seems

We're 100% the only team that you can never feel confident about even with a big goal lead.

Once they got 1 you just knew.

Winks comes on and we lose control of the midfield.

Coincidence?

He has no place at this level as far as I'm concerned.
That said, we came off the gas when we should have buried them before he came on.

Potential title challengers just don't do that.

Lot of fault with Jose today.
This, he didn’t adapt second half and had us sit back and launch long balls and happily giving up possession. They were shot of confidence and it was handed back to them. Really really poor. Bringing on Winks to partner Sissoko was a death bell. Until we have a team we’re Winks and Sissoko don’t make the bench we are not going to win anything. Our midfield offered zero help to our defence. Just a shocking tactical mess the second half.

Too many years of watching this club. I'll never feel comfortable until the final fucking whistle. Fucking shameful not winning that.

From the very start Sanchez played a shocking ball, and it was inevitable he'd cost us at least a goal at some point today.
Gave up too much space, too much possession, and too many set pieces, from the first minute. And even in the 80th, you just felt one fucking goal for WH, and we were in trouble.

Any talk of challenging for the top 4 playing with that back 4, in a back 4, is way off. So fucking flaky.

What is the point in Harry Winks. What does anyone see in him he really is not good enough.
Concerns me that so many wanted to keep him when city were rumored to be in for him for big money. If true he could have afforded us skriniar. Appreciate he's spurs through and through but he holds us back

Another wasted opportunity... we had the chance to make a further statement... and we have to start all over again.

Jose. Over to you.

Surprised they didn't look at a potential foul on Bale when he was through and shot wide. The guy he beat just shoved him to the floor which I'm sure caused him to shoot wide.

Never been so angry as that last 35 minutes.

Just back to the passive jogging around. Subs compounding it too.

Toby is shot and Sanchez is a liability (especially at LCB) Looks like Rodon will be straight in. Can't be any worse.

I guess this is what Bi-polar feels like.:(

Just boring now. Same players not getting it into their heads. Aurier, Sanchez, Sissoko and Winks not good enough again. Same players panicking and becoming rash in pressure situations. What’s the point in having the forwards we have if we’ve got defenders and midfielders who can’t stay focused for a full 90 minutes. So angry about that. Feels like a defeat. Just more points pissed away for no good reason.

Look this seems pretty crushing but it's just a freak result caused by a mixture of complacency, tiredness and a very determined opposition. José will learn from this. It won't happen again. Shame though, we've thrown away 4 points at home against Newcastle and West Ham. Gotta sort out the home form.
