We're seeing the first signs of Jose's patented "us against the world" mentality. He's done it at all of his "smaller" jobs - Porto, Inter and his first stint at Chelsea. Bring the dressing room together, circle the wagons, make it clear that every other fucker is out to get us and only we can help ourselves and rely on and fight for each other.
If he manages it he'll have success at Spurs. It looks like it might be happening.
It leaves no room for those without the fight to pull it off. I think that says a lot about what's happening with Dele.

I was thinking the same, I know he has a mistake in him but he clearly is good enough, hes a warrior who gets up and down and clearly cares. definitely worth a squad place if hes happy to stay

Jose is starting to work this squad out - you can see who is up for the fight and who isn't. When he gets his first choice 11 out there, I can really see good things coming.
