Honestly a clash of styles between our club and mourinho, I'd be so much more patient but honestly not a fan of Mourinho's football, regardless of results. Miss Poch's football and positivity
Honestly .. and I'm neither a fan or a hater of mourinho....I think the players are just not performing at the moment .. some individual performances at the moment are just woeful...

They've played under two managers this season though, Poch switched it up a few times also and its still the same nonsense from them. The manager obviously take responsibility but the players are massively to blame

Yes. These players, not all but most, are fucking wankers. No heart, no bollox, no ability

Maybe....but I would still be expecting better performances....Sanchez not getting goal side....Lamela, Sissoko taking too many touches or not making the simple pass when it’s right in front of them...and there are plenty of others..

Believe it or not, the football in Poch's first full season was atrocious

I don’t think Wilder outclassed Mourinho. The margins were fine, particularly in the first half. Also LLoris has bailed us out a few times since the restart.

The worry is that this form has been consistent for 18 months. The personnel have been chopped and changed and nothing has improved. The simplest explanation is this is a mid-table side and no individual, including the manager, can change it. This is a 5-year rebuilding job at best, probably more because the pandemic will have crippled us more than the competition.
The result speaks for itself. Wilder's plan did outclass Mourinho's. Mourinho's substitutes did not create much to consider. Wilder always seemed to have an answer to what Mourinho tried to change both with players and tactics,,

He’s not been playing great, though, is he? The touch is heavy and he’s only sprinting sporadically. It’s not his fault, he needs time. I’m just saying Jimenez has been playing well this season.

Strikers like Kane need the team around them to perform sadly. Jiminez would probably look equally poor with the lack of creativity behind him. I'd imagine Kane wishes he had Adama Traore instead of Moura up with him.

Yeah it's over.

Levy sat on his ass when we had an incredible opportunity to complete a well rounded squad a few years ago.

Thats what you get for penny pinching, Poch wanted out and the rest is history.

Poch understood Levy was never going to back his vision.

Wilder outclassing Mourinho...do me a favour....we have too many players who are just taking the money...Aurier, Sissoko, Lamela, Sanchez and others shouldn’t be anywhere near our starting eleven, that’s most of the problem there...none of which Jose bought in. At least give Jose some time to get some of his players in and then we can judge. And McBurnie getting man of the match summed tonight up...a pub player if ever I saw one...

How many times this season have either of them looked like they are far, far better than the rest of the players in the team? Gareth Bale played out of his skin to try to drag his teammates kicking and screaming into the Champions League before moving to Real Madrid. In a team lacking in quality, creativity and ambition, he won games single handedly, gave us something to cheer about and deserved the step up he got.

This season, Kane and Son look no better than Lucas, Dele, Sissoko or any of the other players that are deemed not good enough. Performances from almost everybody have been generally awful this year, some players just have enough good will in the bank from previous seasons to cloud peoples' perceptions.

If Kane and Son think they are too good for us, it's about damn time they started to show it again.
Son has pretty consistently been one of our best performers, and he was the only one who kept the attack going in Kane's absence. 16 goals and 11 assists, for a midtable side, playing from out wide, is absolutely sensational. Kane meanwhile is, well, Kane. He's looked much better than those you mention, and we all know his quality. Just look at today - despite absolutely minimal service of any quality he scored a goal, would have had another without insane VAR, provided another good finish ruled off for a foul, and made 2-3 other very good runs that weren't found. I agree he's not quite the all-action variant we saw a couple of years ago, but he's still one of the best strikers in the world and if he went to Liverpool or City would get 30-35 goals in a league season.

Anyone who ever thinks Sissoko could ever be a DM needs to watch his attitude and application for their second goal. An embarrassment

The goals we conceded today came from lapses in concentration. Apart from that we were by far the better team but our final ball was awful and then the players collapsed mentally after the VAR decision. If you think Wilder got the best of Jose today give your head a wobble.

Sanchez sadly is just not going to cut it. I actually believe he cares but he hasn't got the ability to play at the highest level. Feel kind of bad for him

I can’t tell you how many times I sighed whenever we played the ball out wide for a cross. I’d love to know how many goals we’ve scored from crosses this season. It must be low.
