Correct..that's what I think too....didn't fancy the job so just picked anyone available.....So I assume if the original pilot is being charged with manslaughter, the implication is that he knew that the pilot he delegated the job to was not qualified to do it, and forced/pressured him into flying anyway, right?
It's all newspaper/sell spin bollocks.
Football is savage with the amounts involved and no side will be without their PR company spinning the facts to help their agender which will be totally financial.
Worryingly it is the media and thus PR companies that drive the CPS.It's not all spin though is it? The original pilot has actually been charged with manslaughter. They wouldn't charge him unless they were fairly sure they had enough evidence against him.

Pretty certain they do on all commercial jets, but on small private ones like this it's reccommended but not compulsory.I guess they don't have carbon monoxide alarms on planes then? It seems like such a waste of life if a £10 piece of equipment could've prevented this from happening.
Garbage club.Stay classy Cardiff.

Cardiff City begin proceedings against Nantes over death of Emiliano Sala
Cardiff have said they want an investigation into Nantes’ role up to Emiliano Sala’s death in January 2019 and added: ‘We believe there is sufficient evidence of wrongdoing’www.theguardian.com
TBF, Cardiff's position is the transfer was never completed. Nantes must have initiated the legal fight. Its not like this is settled case law with tons of precedent.
If memory serves, didnt Nantes build into the deal that it was final until after they had brought in a replacement On the closing day of the transfer window?
FIFA did according to that article. I agree that CAS would be a better arbiter.it was. Cardiff just didn’t hand over the cash and UEFA already found in Nantes’ favour.
