The only solutions there are involve a lot of new players. Poch and Jose - two of the most well respected managers in the world - and no difference at all in the performance of these players. It's not the coaching.

Judging by the fact that two managers have struggled to get much out of this team, I'm starting to get the distinct impression that the problem may lie with the players.
