I don’t trust their genuineness about building a successful team now. Sorry to say that. When they are playing with our PL future. How on earth with all the issues and darkness behind the scenes, which is public knowledge (almost now), the manager is still intact. I thought decisions would of been made if results never picked up in the PL by now. This is what we all can see.

I do agree with this, how levy is just sitting there ignorant to this is a real worry.... dont see him sacking this manager and i do not understand it 1 bit, equally I dont understand how there are still so many fans supporting him - how?

Poch is the issue?? They know as they are winners and they know the manager we have is not...
What is Levy playing at if this is all true

he is not playing at anything

he probably knows Poch personally, respects him and wants to give him time.

nothing wrong with that - don’t overthink it

100% agree, sorry but whilst we are in a shit storm, I dont believe any of the post from Hercs on this occasion - this will be the day I quit on this club until ENIC have gone if it was true
Posts are my opinion. So you are entitled to disagree. Peace and all that.

And this is coming from you as well :D

ENIC are an investment company, if they want to make us self sustainable then asset stripping and pocketing the money for themselves doesn't make any business sense whatsoever and makes us less attractive and less valuable when we are eventually sold.

Is that your opinion or the opinion of your contacts at the club? Because everyone is raw at the moment, you should be making stuff like that very clear because a lot of people on this site treat your word as gospel.

Do you not feel he has given him long enough?
When is it enough otherwise
Do you see any signs that he is turning this round, honestly?

plus they’ve never done that. They don’t take money out of the club. Unfortunately they never put their own money in either!

But now we will generate more from the new stadium so can pay more wages. It’s the champions league money we need though to pay the transfer fees. It’s why levy will sack Poch eventually. Missing out on that this season will be terrible for the club.

So they build this world class stadium which effectively puts us on the map and are happy to asset strip the team, sell of our best players, not compete in the CL which in turn puts off potential sponsors and endorsements, meaning we'll be a nothing team once again floundering in mid table and you think ENIC are happy to let this happen?

Hmm Nothing unrealistic about that at all...

Ive been critical of Levy but there is no way we are building this stadium and then asset stripping and starving the first team. The whole thing is geared to a decent team.

Above all it makes business sense.

Lets not go overboard.

The summer was decent and I expect more to come. Plus we pay good wages now to our top players.

I don’t get how Levy didn’t take any shit from his previous managers, has now gone full bipolar and won’t sack a manager who’s undoing all his great work at a rate not seen for a long long time.

On top of all that, Levy will have been keeping a very close eye on that lot down the road who have been paying through the nose for mediocrity and the toxic atmosphere it created.

He was literally walking on the pitch with Poch in a CL final five months ago. Poch delivered CL football at Wembley during a difficult stadium move and with little funds. He got as close to the title as any Spurs manager since Bill Nic, twice. I mean, is it really that hard to understand why he feels something towards Poch other than cold, hard disparity?

Because he's doing what fans have been telling him to do for years.

Look I keep saying this but people have been on about backing Pochettino since he first arrived here and even more in the summer, this is exactly what he's doing, he's backing him - we can't have any complaints whatsoever.

We got what you asked for.

I will speak out somewhat in support of Pochettino for a second because I believe he has deserved that very much indeed.
When we are looking to the past and distributing proportions of blame for where we are today, if we at all should do that, I find that the pendulum has swung entirely towards Pochettino. This is very unwise. It is clear as day to me that Levy/ENIC has played their part and disappointed yet again. In more plain speaking terms, they've fucked up. I will back Pochettino very much on the question of where it all started.
However, we are where we are, and in light of where we are I do believe Pochettino must leave. He must take full responsibility, But I do believe he must only assume a piece of the blame.
