I can’t speak for any inside information, but he definitely played yesterday as if he couldn’t be bothered any longer. 90 minutes of going through the motions. Just a shadow of the ruthless, shoot on sight striker that showed up every weekend a couple years ago.

Everything at the club feels stale at the moment. No effort, no desire, no fun, and no idea how change it. No one involved seems to be enjoying the game any longer and that’s a huge problem.
He's not stupid. He can see the coach is not getting the best out of the team and himself.

At the end of the day the players are the ones applying the actions so if you believe you can't do what your coach is asking you will initially think "I can't do that" but go and give it a try. But at some point they are going to question it or disagree when they feel they have been proven right.

If you go to your coach or manager with this concern and he brushes it off or tells you to keep doing it, even if you have a good relationship, you're going to get tired of them.

it’s the manager

watched football 30 years - clear as day.

I will always like him but the story has ended

Kane will 100% have Levy’s ear imo

he is one player that transcends the manager

If it is Kane, then I can fully understand why he’d be frustrated and discontented with Poch.

We have a genuine world class player in Kane and the service to him is virtually non existent and that, imho, is down to the way Poch sets us up to play.

There's not a single other player that can be considered irreplaceable atm so. Only other person who's been in the media saying the right things is Dele.

I can tell you all now the rebuild(should Levy back it) will be far bigger than most of you think. Certain players might be saying the right things to the press, but it's not what they are telling their agents. Levy is now aware it's not just the so called "wantaway" players that will be pushing to leave if Poch stays. One player in particular is just not replaceable imo. Levy is aware of how it is, so let's see how this plays out.
Worrying news.

That being said, aside from the players bought this summer... which individual is irreplaceable ? Son and Kane ? Who else ?

I wouldn’t want to lose Sanchez and Foyth because there’s great potential there... but that aside I don’t see any players we can’t replace.

Seemingly Kane is the player, then hope he can knock on the door of Levy's tomorrow beore departing for the England camp and speak to him what some of us want Levy to do.

Can only be Son and Kane. They're the only irreplaceable players in my opinion.

I think Kane and Son are irreplaceable . Would be a disaster if they left.

I think Son is irreplaceableas well. Would be a disaster if he left.

Son hasn't been saying much to do with our situation in the media and he doesn't strike me as the type to be going to his agent and have the ear of Levy regarding the playing squad. I might be wrong but I find it hard to believe.

It's quite clearly a toxic situation.

If Levy is prepared to back Poch, we could be looking at a very long time before this sorts itself out and risk losing our best player by a mile.

He's got to go.

One thing for sure, Kane puts his love of Spurs ahead of his love for Poch.
There are some people on here that should do the same - if Kane is pissed off with Poch, there is a big problem that needs fixing sharpish.

That's true, he doesn't but he's also one of the players that always gives his all. Must be very frustrating for him.

I mean sounds like he's putting himself ahead of everything if he's having words with his agent to review his options depending on the circumstances. Which he has every-right to but he isn't putting Spurs first in that scenario. Also if he isn't making runs or playing like he used to because he is fed up as some have alluded too then that is also not putting Spurs first.

Yeah but if Kane is fed up with things, they must be pretty bad.
While I don't agree with players under performing, sometimes it's the only way that they can get their point across.

Kane is Spurs through and through, if he's lost faith in Poch, then I tend to side with him.

In my mind, there is only one singular player that’s literally not replaceable. He is so because not only would the club never afford a like for like replacement, but clubs almost never recruit such a player from within. There is no monetary value to be put on him because it’s about so much more than just hundreds of millions. If Pochettino lost him, Pochettino should resign.
