What’s most remarkable about the Winks/Sissoko axis is that they provide nothing in attack, and no cover whatsoever for the back line! It’s reminiscent of the Chadli/Sigurdsson double pivot that Timmy cooked up. Useless.
At least Chadli/Sig had goals in it, and we beat the teams we should beat.

If we don’t win this, he should go.
He should go win, lose or draw, IMO. I'm not quite sure how much blame to attribute to him, to Levy and to the players (clearly all deserve at least some), but whatever the reasons for it it's now clear to me that he can't turn this round in the short or medium terms, so we've got to look elsewhere right now.

Foyth should play. Since Son is now in. Lamela should have started..

Poch got it weird and wrong. Totally no idea wtf he's thinking.

Even if we turn this around, it's still a massive concern.

In terms of how we've started again.

No matter what the formation, or personnel selected these performances arn't acceptable.

The most concerning thing of all, is the lack of desire to play for each other.

Set back, after humiliation... And still no worthy response in the effort stakes.

This is at Poch's door. I think he's done, and barring a miraculous turn around starting with this second half - it's time.

It's definitely Poch. These players aren't crap. They've lost belief in the manager. Why would any manager play 5 at the back against Watford? Why are we constantly trying to cross the ball in from average full backs? How many goals have we created this way since Trippier left?
Poch hasn't got a clue how to play a different way.

Exactly, even if we do win from here, Poch should still be sacked. It's too far gone. All a win will do will postpone the inevitable.

I think it's pretty clear now that the players don't intend to win anything until something fundamental changes at the Club.

I agree but was being uncharacteristically diplomatic. Dressing room is gone and this sounds dramatic but we could finish bottom half easily this year if nothing changes.

I concur. Players do not turn crap overnight. Our manager like i said is tactically inept and he has lost the plot, lost the dressing room. Goodbye Poch. Please resign.
