Pochettino has taken us from top 4 challengers to a top European Club in terms of squad and infrastructure to match.
Mourinho would then make us a Top European club with trophies to back that up and, at the very least, a culture of winning which we haven't had in years.
Even if Jose only lasts 2 years, if he changes the mentality of the club from being the "nearly men" to winners (even if it's just a couple of domestic trophies) we'll be set for some real success. At that point, we can appoint another young talented manager to build a project based on winning trophies rather than just getting top 4.
Personally think a combination of Pochettino and Mourinho would transform the club even if it all eventually goes tits up with Jose.
