Never thought it would end like this but it has to. He needs to go now before he tarnishes everything that he’s done for us

He’s got to go. The sooner the better. Players clearly not playing for him.

I think Poch will quit this week

He won’t. He’ll want the 5 year contract paid out (or whatever the notice period is). I bet, given Madrid’s interest when he signed a new 5 year deal last year, Poch has a fantastic contract stacked in his favour. We’ll have to pay out all his back room staff’s contracts as well. Whole thing will cost 10’s of millions.

I’ve changed my vote unfortunately.

Cheers Poch but we all know how this is going to end. Rip the band aid off quickly, go after Allegri properly and then when January comes get shot of half this fucking team so we aren’t left trying to salvage it all in the summer.

I've come off the fence. I hate that we are here as Poch is the manager in my life time of supporting Spurs that I have felt the greatest affinity for. But things have derailed and I would rather we act sooner rather than later.

I'm totally bottling creating a new Who Do You Want As Our Next Manager? thread.

Fuck it - he’s caused me enough embarrassment. He’s not the **** who has to go into work every day, suitably ashamed by 11 random pricks dancing around on a field, is he? He’s not the one who has random little mugs running up to him going “ha ha, you support spurs” while I’m trying to analyse some data, cross-reference some numbers.

As I type this, it’s 3. He has to fucking go.

Tbh he does have to go into work every day embarrassed by 11 random pricks dancing around the field. I'm not backing him up or saying that he doesn't need to go. But there a 11 players out on that park who also have to accept some responsibility for what's happening. And it's clear that a good few of them have given up long ago.

I love Poch and I love what he's done for us. We've really taken a step up as a club over the last 5 years but enough's enough. The players obviously aren't playing for him and nothing will fix that except him going. Get him out today or tomorrow, give someone else a chance to settle in over the international break.

As I have said before, I was a Poch fan for the most part, but I always had my doubts if he could really push us on; he certainly has his flaws as a manager. I also have not been a fan of the vast majority of his comments this year, they just seemed so very very off. This is something else entirely though, this isnt a boring narrow defeat where things just didn't go our way, this is capitulation, post-capitulation even. We are done. He did deserve some time, he had earned it most certainly and I do understand the argument of those who want to stand by him. But this is too much now. It is damaging to us as a football club. Also while I do agree clubs should give managers time to prove themselves during rough patches, and Real Madrid and others are far too trigger happy with their managers, big clubs do not hang on to their manager for longer than needed just because they got them a second place finish a few years ago and a champions league final. Yes, I know where we were before that, though we were already on an upward trajectory, but we have to think ahead and think about the club we want to be.

Again, not to take too much away from Poch, he was clearly the right man at the right time and had many positive qualities, but this has to be it im afraid. It's not all his fault, a lot of the players are an utter shambles at the moment and not doing him any favours, but the change has to be made, however sad that is to say. I write this with ten minutes left of the match, so unless Lucas bangs a hattrick in quick to save the day - and then get benched for the next game - i'd imagine he will be gone very soon.

I think he's been great but I think he'll go today. International break coming up and all that.

One thought that popped into my head. Have we had one all round good performance since he released that fucking book? Fairly sure this downfall stems from about that time.
