If walker Peters plays like this every game we don’t have to worry about RB.

Looking a bit constipated at the moment. Energy and tempo is mostly there just a bit rusty, defence again is that typical early season nervousness where gaps aren’t closed down and spaces are appearing which Villa are exploiting on the counter

Eriksen is needed in this game no matter what is going on behind the scenes.. it is kind of showing we can`t let him go even if he goes for free next year. I am sure he would have created some chances in that first half

I’ve not always been able to understand why a team can look so much more impressive in pre season and then appear to be a totally different (poor looking) team when the season starts?

First game of the season and missing Son, Dele and Eriksen who are probably our top 3 creative players. No need to hugely over react. Of course it's disappointing after seeing Liverpool and City destroy their opponents but we aren't at their level and we know that.

When we play a poor first half we normally play like a different team in the 2nd so I'm still pretty confident of a win here. Let's hope we can get away without a shock.
