Getting match fit i guess
Do you think sitting on the bench and never coming on is going to help him get match fit ?
Getting match fit i guess
The hope would be that at some point soon we'll have a run of games we're comfortable enough in that he can come on for half an hour.Do you think sitting on the bench and never coming on is going to help him get match fit ?
Aurier is not dropped. It's this stupid rotation of full backs.Dier in? But lamela and Aurier dropped....
Dont get that at all.
The stupid rotation of FBs hasn't done us too badly over the last few years.Aurier is not dropped. It's this stupid rotation of full backs.
Annoying and I don't agree with it. Whilst there are a few players who may need a rest, I also believe that Aurier needs some continuation for us to see the best of him. He put in his best performances last season when he had a sequence of games then he got injured.Always changes the full backs as annoying as it is.
I really don't think they've been helped by the tactics so far. Hopefully today is a return to what we know.As long as Kane, Eriksen, Dier and Dembele perform a million times better than the rubbish they've served up so far far this season that team should be enough!!
He ran his bollocks off against Inter and probably needs careful management given the seriousness of the injuries he's suffered since coming to us.What has Lamela got to do to get a game? Made a real impact as a sub and out performed those starting ahead of him, plus he brings hard work and hustle.
We did equally as good when we didn't do it too.The stupid rotation of FBs hasn't done us too badly over the last few years.
Maybe Poch sees this as the reason why? Start him on the bench because he mostly has an impact from it.What has Lamela got to do to get a game? Made a real impact as a sub and out performed those starting ahead of him, plus he brings hard work and hustle.
When players are off form Poch tends to still play them, it's his way of getting them back in form. Eriksen and Kane and Deli are prime examples of this, so i think it's fair to presume that this is the same situation with Dier. He's obviously seen as an important team player, I'm sure Poch knows what to do.
I think Dier actually had a better game on Tuesday evening after a nervy start.
More worried about the mobility of the Dier/ Dembele pivotSo many people clamouring for gazzaniga to start get there wish. Let’s just hope he doesn’t let them regret it.
Pretty sure our army of sports scientists will tell him if he does. I think it’s mental fatigure rather than physical.
